煤礦生產(chǎn)險兆事件的引發(fā)因素與機(jī)理分析

【摘要】：事故在發(fā)生之前,往往會出現(xiàn)大量征兆,這些征兆在安全管理上稱為險兆事件。目前在煤礦生產(chǎn)管理中普遍重視事故發(fā)生后調(diào)查處理而忽視事故發(fā)生前的預(yù)防管控,由于人們對這些險兆事件的忽視或?qū)ζ浒l(fā)展趨勢和后果的錯誤判斷,沒有及時采取措施排查處置,致使大量險兆事件得不到有效控制而發(fā)展成為傷害事故。加強(qiáng)煤礦安全管理必須切實(shí)提高煤礦員工和管理層對險兆事件的重視程度,建立完備的險兆事件報告系統(tǒng),加強(qiáng)對其發(fā)生發(fā)展和演變規(guī)律的研究,及時采取針對性措施消除險兆事件,這是搞好煤礦安全管理的治本之策。
[Abstract]:Before an accident occurs, there are often a large number of signs, which are called dangerous omens in safety management. At present, in the coal mine production management, attention is paid to the investigation and treatment after the accident, but the prevention and control before the accident is ignored. Because of the neglect of these dangerous and dangerous events or the wrong judgment of the development trend and consequence, The failure to take timely measures to check and deal with the accident causes a large number of dangerous and dangerous events not to be effectively controlled and develops into an injury accident. In order to strengthen coal mine safety management, it is necessary to improve the degree of attention paid by coal mine employees and management to the occurrence and development of dangerous events, to establish a complete report system of dangerous and dangerous events, and to strengthen the study on the rules of occurrence, development and evolution of these events. Timely adoption of targeted measures to eliminate dangerous and ominous events is a radical measure to do well in coal mine safety management.
