基于煤低溫氧化試驗下的標志氣體優(yōu)選及應用

【摘要】:為了解決口孜東礦121301工作面采空區(qū)遺煤自燃嚴重的問題,在對該礦121301工作面煤樣進行低溫氧化試驗分析后,提出了煤溫在30~100℃時,以CO作為標志氣體,在100~140℃時,以C2H4作為標志氣體,在140℃以上,以C3H8作為標志氣體,并且以火災系數(shù)R2作為輔助性指標參數(shù),擬合出了標志氣體濃度與溫度之間的函數(shù)關系式;在對121301工作面的實際應用中,采用質量守恒定律間接算得早期標志氣體CO的濃度,采用埋管檢測C2H4、C3H8,提出了用函數(shù)關系式推算遺煤所處環(huán)境溫度的方法,把試驗結果運用到現(xiàn)場實踐中,取得效果良好。
