淺談日本福島核事故對(duì)我國(guó)核與輻射安全監(jiān)管能力建設(shè)的啟示

【摘要】:2011年3月11日,日本大地震引發(fā)了東海岸海嘯致使日本福島核電廠發(fā)生了大規(guī)模的核泄漏事故。本文簡(jiǎn)要介紹了福島核事故的過(guò)程及發(fā)生原因,通過(guò)中、日核能利用現(xiàn)狀異同的比較分析及核與輻射安全監(jiān)管異同的比較分析,提出加強(qiáng)我國(guó)核與輻射安全監(jiān)管能力建設(shè)勢(shì)在必行,為如何完善我國(guó)核與輻射安全監(jiān)管體系提出建議。
[Abstract]:On March 11, 2011, Japan's massive earthquake triggered a tsunami off the east coast that caused a massive nuclear accident at Japan's Fukushima nuclear power plant. This paper briefly introduces the process and causes of the Fukushima nuclear accident, through the comparative analysis of the status quo of nuclear energy utilization between China and Japan, and the similarities and differences between nuclear and radiation safety supervision. It is imperative to strengthen the supervision capacity of nuclear and radiation safety in China, and some suggestions on how to perfect the supervision system of nuclear and radiation safety in China are put forward.
