煤巖混合型粉塵云最低著火溫度試驗研究

【摘要】:為研究半煤巖巷道中巖粉質(zhì)量分數(shù)和煤的揮發(fā)分與煤巖混合型粉塵云最低著火溫度的關(guān)系,選取揮發(fā)分差異較大的5種煤樣以相同比例配制煤巖混合型粉塵,利用粉塵云最小點火溫度測定儀進行煤巖混合型粉塵試驗。結(jié)果表明,當煤巖混合型粉塵中巖粉質(zhì)量分數(shù)低于40%時,巖粉的混合會導(dǎo)致混合型粉塵云最低著火溫度發(fā)生小幅度波動;當巖粉質(zhì)量分數(shù)高于40%時,煤巖混合型粉塵最低著火溫度會隨巖粉質(zhì)量分數(shù)的增加而大幅度升高;揮發(fā)分質(zhì)量分數(shù)越小的煤粉,其混合型粉塵云最低著火溫度越容易受巖粉質(zhì)量分數(shù)的影響。
[Abstract]:In order to study the relationship between the mass fraction of rock powder and volatile matter of coal in semi-coal roadway and the minimum ignition temperature of coal-rock mixed dust cloud, five kinds of coal samples with big difference in volatile content were selected to prepare coal and rock mixed dust in the same proportion. The coal and rock mixed dust test was carried out by using the dust cloud minimum ignition temperature tester. The results show that when the mass fraction of rock powder in coal-rock mixed dust is lower than 40, the minimum ignition temperature of mixed dust cloud will fluctuate by a small margin, and when the mass fraction of rock powder is above 40, the minimum ignition temperature of mixed dust cloud will fluctuate. The minimum ignition temperature of coal-rock mixed dust increases greatly with the increase of the mass fraction of rock powder, and the lower the mass fraction of volatile matter, the lower the minimum ignition temperature of mixed dust cloud is affected by the mass fraction of rock powder.
