連動型抗干擾干涉具井下瓦斯?jié)舛缺O(jiān)測系統(tǒng)(英文)

【摘要】:針對井下甲烷濃度監(jiān)控干擾大的問題,結(jié)合實時監(jiān)測甲烷濃度的系統(tǒng)要求,設(shè)計角鏡連動的自消震光學結(jié)構(gòu),構(gòu)建了基于無線網(wǎng)絡的實時數(shù)據(jù)通信系統(tǒng).在干涉系統(tǒng)中,固定兩個角鏡位置,將兩片半透半反鏡用連桿結(jié)構(gòu)同步旋轉(zhuǎn),由此產(chǎn)生光程差.由于采用了連桿結(jié)構(gòu),任意時刻引入的震動在兩個分束鏡上等量存在,其結(jié)果是差分值,可實現(xiàn)完全相消.由分析分束器的最大旋轉(zhuǎn)范圍計算得到系統(tǒng)的光程差變化范圍.結(jié)合比爾朗伯定律,給出系統(tǒng)在井下工作的甲烷氣體濃度最低檢出限.分別在實驗室及礦井主巷道中完成實驗過程,通過化學反應法求得被測甲烷氣體的標準濃度,與WQF530型光譜分析儀的測試結(jié)果作比較,結(jié)果表明:在實驗室無干擾條件下,兩種檢測方法的相對誤差均小于1.0%;在井下實驗中,傳統(tǒng)光學檢測方法受環(huán)境影響明顯,相對誤差大幅增加,而本系統(tǒng)測試結(jié)果基本穩(wěn)定,具有較強的抗干擾能力及較高的穩(wěn)定性.
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem of large interference in underground methane concentration monitoring and combining with the system requirements of real-time monitoring methane concentration, the self-seismic optical structure of angle mirror linkage is designed, and a real-time data communication system based on wireless network is constructed. In the interference system, the position of two angle mirrors is fixed, and the two semi-transparent and semi-reflective mirrors are rotated synchronously with the connecting rod structure, resulting in optical path difference. Because of the connecting rod structure, the vibration introduced at any time exists on two beam splitters, and the result is the difference value, which can be completely eliminated. The optical path difference range of the system is calculated by analyzing the maximum rotation range of the beam splitter. Combined with Bill Lambert's law, the minimum detection limit of methane concentration working in underground is given. The experimental process was completed in laboratory and mine main roadway, and the standard concentration of methane gas was obtained by chemical reaction method. The results were compared with the results of WQF530 spectrometer. The results showed that there was no interference in the laboratory. The relative error of the two detection methods is less than 1.0. In the underground experiment, the traditional optical detection method is obviously affected by the environment, and the relative error is greatly increased, while the test results of this system are basically stable. It has strong anti-interference ability and high stability.
