【摘要】：為深入探究高處作業(yè)人員個體安全防護(hù)行為意向的影響機(jī)理,基于計劃行為理論(TPB),引入示范性規(guī)范、過去行為、風(fēng)險感知3個變量,并假設(shè)變量對行為意向的影響條件,構(gòu)建高處作業(yè)人員個體安全防護(hù)行為意向模型。通過發(fā)放調(diào)查問卷并利用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型(SEM)對修正模型和研究假設(shè)進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。結(jié)果表明:行為態(tài)度、過去行為、知覺行為控制、主觀規(guī)范、示范性規(guī)范均正向顯著影響安全防護(hù)行為意向;風(fēng)險感知對安全防護(hù)行為意向無顯著直接影響;主觀規(guī)范、過去行為、知覺行為控制、風(fēng)險感知通過行為態(tài)度這一中介變量間接影響安全防護(hù)行為意向。
[Abstract]:In order to probe into the influence mechanism of individual safety protection behavior intention of workers in high places, based on the planning behavior theory (TPB), this paper introduces three variables: demonstration norm, past behavior and risk perception, and assumes the influence conditions of variables on behavior intention. To construct the behavior intention model of individual safety protection of workers in high places. The modified model and research hypothesis were verified by issuing questionnaires and using structural equation model (SEM). The results show that: behavior attitude, past behavior, perceptual behavior control, subjective norms and exemplary norms all positively and significantly affect the behavior intention of safety protection, risk perception has no significant direct effect on the intention of safety protection behavior, subjective norms have no significant effect on the intention of safety protection behavior. Past behavior, perceptual behavior control and risk perception indirectly influence the behavior intention of safety protection through the intermediate variable of behavior attitude.
