減光式煙霧報(bào)警準(zhǔn)直系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:減光式煙霧報(bào)警系統(tǒng)中的準(zhǔn)直系統(tǒng)收集大角度紅外光線獲得平行光,保證光線長(zhǎng)距離傳輸不發(fā)散,逐點(diǎn)計(jì)算并優(yōu)化減光式煙霧報(bào)警準(zhǔn)直系統(tǒng)。針對(duì)理想點(diǎn)光源,依據(jù)等光程原理及折射定律,求解煙霧報(bào)警準(zhǔn)直系統(tǒng)初始結(jié)構(gòu)的離散數(shù)據(jù)點(diǎn),將離散數(shù)據(jù)點(diǎn)擬合成自由曲線。利用光學(xué)仿真軟件建模并優(yōu)化準(zhǔn)直系統(tǒng)的初始結(jié)構(gòu),得到較好的LED自由曲面準(zhǔn)直系統(tǒng)。自由曲面準(zhǔn)直系統(tǒng)的厚度為20mm,口徑為28mm,準(zhǔn)直角度為±1.5°,光能效率高達(dá)89.82%。
[Abstract]:The collimation system in the light-reducing smoke alarm system collects large angle infrared light to obtain parallel light to ensure that the light is transmitted over a long distance and does not diverge point by point to calculate and optimize the anti-light smoke alarm collimation system. According to the principle of equal-path and the law of refraction, the discrete data points of the initial structure of smog alarm collimation system are solved according to the ideal point light source, and the discrete data points are combined into the free curve. The optical simulation software is used to model and optimize the initial structure of the collimation system, and a better LED free-form surface collimation system is obtained. The thickness, caliber and collimation angle of the free-form collimation system are 20mm, 28mm and 鹵1.5 擄respectively.
