【摘要】：采用全深凍結(jié)法施工的井筒在凍結(jié)壁解凍后,凍結(jié)孔與凍結(jié)管外的環(huán)形空間極易成為導水通道,嚴重威脅礦井安全。錢營孜礦西風井采用全凍結(jié)法施工,井筒施工到井底水倉時,由于上部局部含水層解凍出水,總涌水量達到25 m~3/h,大量水"巖"的流失,造成井筒底一側(cè)沿凍結(jié)孔向上冒落形成很大的空洞。通過調(diào)研、分析,采用"點對點割裂"注漿法,采用分段(次)、深孔注漿,有效的治理了凍結(jié)孔環(huán)形空間的水害,出水通道得到有效的封堵、圍巖得到明顯加固,井筒總涌水量降至0.5 m~3/h以下。
[Abstract]:After the freezing wall is thawed, the annular space between the freezing hole and the freezing pipe is easy to become the channel of water diversion, which seriously threatens the safety of the mine. The west wind well of Qianyingzi Mine was constructed by the full freezing method. When the shaft was constructed to the bottom water bin, the total water inflow reached 25 m ~ 3 / h due to the thawing of the upper part of the aquifer, and a large amount of water "rock" was lost. Causes the hole bottom side along the freezing hole upward to form the very big cavity. Through investigation and analysis, adopting "point-to-point split" grouting method, adopting subsection (times), deep hole grouting, effectively treating the water damage of freezing hole ring space, the outlet channel is effectively blocked, and the surrounding rock is obviously strengthened. The total wellbore inflow decreased to less than 0.5 mg / h.
