露天轉地下開采邊坡穩(wěn)定性與防災減災技術研究

【摘要】:露天轉地下開采時,露天邊坡受復合采動效應影響,其變形與破壞規(guī)律變得復雜,其邊坡的安全與穩(wěn)定直接影響礦山的建設與生產安全,直接影響露天與地下開采轉換過程的生產過渡。隨著越來越多的礦山不斷由露天轉入地下及缺乏對露天轉地下開采影響邊坡的移動規(guī)律認識和缺乏對邊坡防災減災的認識,地下開采引發(fā)邊坡滑坡、坍塌等地質災害頻發(fā)生,嚴重影響了礦山的生產安全,給礦山邊坡帶來了巨大的維護費用和經濟損失。因此,有必要開展露天轉地下開采邊坡的穩(wěn)定性和防災減災治理研究。本文對露天轉地下開采誘發(fā)邊坡不穩(wěn)定的影響規(guī)律進行了探討,以安徽新橋硫鐵礦露天轉地下開采為工程背景,模擬分析了采動條件下對邊坡的穩(wěn)定性影響,并運用災害鏈理論,構建了礦山邊坡災害鏈,探討了露天轉地下礦山邊坡斷鏈減災的相關措施,最后對新橋硫鐵礦露天邊坡進行了防災減災治理。主要研究內容有: (1)在已有資料和文獻調查的基礎上,總結闡述了露天轉地下開采邊坡穩(wěn)定性的影響因素,探討了地下開采對邊坡的穩(wěn)定影響機理。 (2)對露天轉地下開采誘發(fā)邊坡不穩(wěn)定的邊坡安全影響規(guī)律運用FLAC3D進行了多模型的數值模擬研究,綜合分析了不同開采位置、開采寬度、開采深度及掛幫礦開采等對邊坡安全穩(wěn)定的影響。 (3)完成了露天轉地下開采邊坡穩(wěn)定性數值模型建立與計算,對邊坡穩(wěn)定性進行了分析。在礦山地質資料分析的基礎上,利用巖石力學參數和建立的邊坡三維幾何模型,采用3Dmine-MIDAS/GTS-FLAC3D數值模擬耦合技術,建立了大型三維露天邊坡復雜精確模型,探討邊坡不同空間相對位置邊坡變形規(guī)律,分析了邊坡的穩(wěn)定性,結果表明:在最不利條件開采下邊坡整體基本穩(wěn)定,上盤邊坡受地下開采擾動影響大于下盤邊坡,最大沉降位移和應力主要位于坡腳處。 (4)應用災害鏈理論,構建了露天轉地下礦山邊坡的災害鏈;運用“孕源斷鏈減災”的思路,分析了邊坡防災減災途徑和措施,并對其系統(tǒng)的動力演化規(guī)律進行了分析與研究,最后對新橋硫鐵礦礦山邊坡進行了適當的防災減災治理。
[Abstract]:When opencast to underground mining, open-pit slope is affected by compound mining effect, its deformation and failure law becomes complicated, and the safety and stability of its slope directly affect the safety of mine construction and production. It directly affects the production transition of the conversion process between open pit and underground mining. With more and more mines moving from open pit to underground and lack of understanding of the movement law of slope affected by open-pit mining and lack of understanding of slope disaster prevention and mitigation, geological disasters such as slope landslide and collapse caused by underground mining occur frequently. It seriously affects the safety of mine production and brings huge maintenance cost and economic loss to mine slope. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out research on slope stability and disaster prevention and mitigation in open pit to underground mining. In this paper, the influence law of slope instability induced by open-pit to underground mining is discussed. Based on the engineering background of open-pit to underground mining of Xinqiao pyrite in Anhui Province, the influence of mining conditions on slope stability is simulated and analyzed. Based on the theory of disaster chain, the disaster chain of mine slope is constructed, and the relevant measures to reduce the broken chain of open pit to underground mine slope are discussed. Finally, the prevention and mitigation measures of open pit slope of Xinqiao pyrite are put forward. The main research contents are as follows: 1) on the basis of existing data and literature investigation, this paper summarizes and expounds the influencing factors of slope stability in open-pit to underground mining. The influence mechanism of underground mining on slope stability is discussed. The influence of mining depth and mining on slope safety and stability is discussed. The numerical model of slope stability of open-pit to underground mining is established and calculated, and the slope stability is analyzed. Based on the analysis of mine geological data, the complex and accurate 3D open slope model is established by using the rock mechanics parameters and the 3D geometric model of the slope, and by using the coupling technology of 3D mine-MIDAS-GTS-FLAC3D numerical simulation. The deformation law of slope in different space and relative position is discussed, and the stability of slope is analyzed. The results show that under the most unfavorable conditions, the slope is basically stable, and the upper side slope is more affected by underground mining disturbance than the bottom slope. The maximum subsidence displacement and stress are mainly located at the foot of the slope. The dynamic evolution law of the system is analyzed and studied. Finally, proper disaster prevention and mitigation treatment is carried out on the slope of Xinqiao pyrite mine.
