【摘要】：安全是人類社會(huì)和諧發(fā)展的基本要求，安全生產(chǎn)事關(guān)人民群眾的生命財(cái)產(chǎn)安全、事關(guān)國民經(jīng)濟(jì)健康快速發(fā)展、事關(guān)社會(huì)穩(wěn)定的大局。隨著國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速增長，人民生活水平的日益提高，安全生產(chǎn)工作越來越受到政府部門的重視，加強(qiáng)政府的安全生產(chǎn)監(jiān)督管理工作不僅是人民群眾的要求，也是經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)不斷向前發(fā)展和構(gòu)建社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)的要求。安全生產(chǎn)監(jiān)督管理工作隨之面臨了更多的挑戰(zhàn)，如何發(fā)揮好政府的監(jiān)督管理作用，嚴(yán)抓安全生產(chǎn)是政府監(jiān)管工作的重中之重。 當(dāng)前，河北省面臨著日益繁重的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展任務(wù)，如何在經(jīng)濟(jì)與社會(huì)并進(jìn)發(fā)展的同時(shí)做好安全生產(chǎn)工作，成為了監(jiān)督管理部門的工作重點(diǎn)。河北省安全生產(chǎn)監(jiān)督管理工作面臨巨大的挑戰(zhàn)，如何應(yīng)對(duì)這些挑戰(zhàn)是一個(gè)十分緊迫的現(xiàn)實(shí)課題。在實(shí)際工作中，應(yīng)把安全生產(chǎn)監(jiān)管問題放在重要的位置上，，不僅要體現(xiàn)在政策方面，還要加大執(zhí)法力度，加強(qiáng)監(jiān)督管理，大力宣傳安全生產(chǎn)，全面提高人民群眾對(duì)生產(chǎn)安全問題的關(guān)注度，在全社會(huì)形成良好氛圍，同心協(xié)力解決好安全生產(chǎn)問題。 本文以承德縣為例，結(jié)合近年來安全生產(chǎn)監(jiān)督管理工作的實(shí)際情況，探討河北省安全生產(chǎn)監(jiān)督管理所面臨的挑戰(zhàn)，在總結(jié)提煉的基礎(chǔ)上，進(jìn)行深入的剖析、說明，并結(jié)合國內(nèi)外先進(jìn)的理論和實(shí)踐知識(shí)，提出適應(yīng)的監(jiān)管對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:Safety is the basic requirement of harmonious development of human society. Safety production is related to the safety of people's life and property, to the healthy and rapid development of national economy and to the overall situation of social stability. With the rapid growth of the national economy and the increasing improvement of people's living standards, the work of safety in production has been paid more and more attention by government departments. It is not only the request of the people to strengthen the supervision and management of government work safety in production, It is also the requirement of the development of economic society and the construction of socialist harmonious society. The supervision and management of production safety is faced with more challenges, how to play a good role of supervision and management of the government, strict management of production safety is the most important task of government supervision. At present, Hebei Province is faced with the increasingly heavy task of social and economic development. How to do well the work of safety production while the economy and society develop side by side has become the focus of supervision and management department. The supervision and management of production safety in Hebei Province is faced with enormous challenges, how to deal with these challenges is a very urgent practical issue. In practical work, we should put the issue of production safety supervision in an important position, not only in terms of policy, but also in strengthening law enforcement, strengthening supervision and management, and vigorously publicizing safety in production. The masses should pay more attention to the problem of production safety, form a good atmosphere in the whole society, and make concerted efforts to solve the problem of safety in production. Taking Chengde County as an example, combined with the actual situation of supervision and management of production safety in recent years, this paper discusses the challenges faced by the supervision and management of production safety in Hebei Province. On the basis of summing up and refining, the paper makes a deep analysis and explains, Combined with advanced theory and practical knowledge at home and abroad, appropriate regulatory countermeasures are put forward.
