不同變質程度煤燃燒階段動力學參數

【摘要】:為研究煤自燃特征溫度及危險程度,通過熱重試驗確定各煤種各個階段溫度范圍和特征溫度值,并用Freeman-Carroll法建立了反應研究f(α),并求出燃燒階段煤的指前因子和活化能,并對特征溫度值、指前因子和活化能變化規(guī)律進行了分析.研究結果表明:6種煤樣燃燒階段溫度分別為247℃~433℃、280℃~537℃、279℃~542℃、272℃~550℃、313℃~574℃和365℃~594℃;隨著固定碳的增加,煤燃燒過程及特征溫度點滯后,煤的活化能和指前因子增大,1#煤樣最易自燃,6#煤樣最不易自燃;T1溫度從247℃增大到365℃,T2溫度從386℃增大到479℃,T3溫度從408℃增大到514℃,T4溫度從433℃增大到594℃.
[Abstract]:In order to study the characteristic temperature and dangerous degree of coal spontaneous combustion, the temperature range and characteristic temperature value of each stage of coal were determined by thermogravimetric test, and the reaction study f (a) was established by Freeman-Carroll method, and the preexponential factor and activation energy of coal in combustion stage were calculated. The changes of characteristic temperature, preexponential factor and activation energy were analyzed. The results show that the combustion temperatures of 6 kinds of coal samples are 247 鈩,
