【摘要】:大空間商業(yè)建筑規(guī)模大、空間高、結(jié)構(gòu)特殊、火災(zāi)危險(xiǎn)高,這些建筑在結(jié)構(gòu)形式、使用功能、建筑材料、空間大小等方面都與傳統(tǒng)建筑有相當(dāng)大的不同,對(duì)于火災(zāi)的預(yù)防和救援提出了新的要求,現(xiàn)有的“處方式”防火設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范已經(jīng)不能滿足當(dāng)前很多大空間商業(yè)建筑的防火要求。因此,性能化防火設(shè)計(jì)逐漸成為大空間商業(yè)建筑消防設(shè)計(jì)發(fā)展的一種趨勢(shì),得到越來(lái)越廣泛的應(yīng)用。 本文總結(jié)了國(guó)內(nèi)外建筑防火性能化設(shè)計(jì)的研究現(xiàn)狀,論述了建筑防火性能化設(shè)計(jì)方法與設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn)。采用規(guī)范與實(shí)證分析相結(jié)合的研究方法,對(duì)大空間商業(yè)建筑的特征與火災(zāi)特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行研究,通過(guò)國(guó)內(nèi)近十年的大空間商業(yè)建筑火災(zāi)案例的分析,提出常規(guī)消防設(shè)計(jì)的要點(diǎn)和應(yīng)用于大空間商業(yè)建筑時(shí)的問(wèn)題。引出大空間商業(yè)建筑防火性能化設(shè)計(jì)的要點(diǎn),從安全目標(biāo)的確定、性能指標(biāo)的選擇、火災(zāi)場(chǎng)景的設(shè)定、關(guān)鍵參數(shù)的確定與計(jì)算幾個(gè)方面歸納總結(jié),提出性能化設(shè)計(jì)中應(yīng)該注意的問(wèn)題。圍繞大空間商業(yè)建筑實(shí)例——泉州浦西萬(wàn)達(dá)廣場(chǎng)商業(yè)綜合體以及晉江海峽西岸國(guó)際采購(gòu)與區(qū)域物流中心(簡(jiǎn)稱“美旗城”)兩個(gè)項(xiàng)目的消防設(shè)計(jì)開展性能化防火設(shè)計(jì)研究。針對(duì)兩個(gè)建筑防火方面所存在的消防設(shè)計(jì)難點(diǎn),從基于性能化防火設(shè)計(jì)的思路對(duì)建筑方案進(jìn)行調(diào)整,通過(guò)分析確定火源位置、火災(zāi)增長(zhǎng)速率、最大熱釋放速率,進(jìn)行了步行街排煙量的計(jì)算及煙氣運(yùn)動(dòng)的場(chǎng)模擬,運(yùn)用現(xiàn)有的工程學(xué)方法對(duì)人員安全疏散參數(shù)、疏散時(shí)間、疏散場(chǎng)景等進(jìn)行模擬計(jì)算,從而建立可靠有效的消防安全防火設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng),,對(duì)該類建筑的消防安全設(shè)計(jì)及日常運(yùn)營(yíng)管理方面提出了有效可行的建議。 本文的研究對(duì)大空間商業(yè)建筑的防火性能化設(shè)計(jì)研究具有一定的實(shí)踐參考價(jià)值,有利于進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)消防安全設(shè)計(jì)邁向科學(xué)化、合理化和成本效益的最優(yōu)化,并將產(chǎn)生重大的社會(huì)效益和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。
[Abstract]:Large space commercial buildings are large in scale, high in space, special in structure and high in fire risk. These buildings are quite different from traditional buildings in terms of structure form, use function, building materials, space size, etc. New requirements for fire prevention and rescue have been put forward. The existing fire protection design code of "place mode" can not meet the fire protection requirements of many commercial buildings in large space. Therefore, performance-based fire prevention design has gradually become a trend in the development of large space commercial building fire protection design, and has been more and more widely used. This paper summarizes the research status of fire resistance performance design of buildings at home and abroad, and discusses the design method and key points of building fire resistance performance design. This paper studies the characteristics and fire characteristics of large space commercial buildings by combining normative and empirical analysis, and analyzes the fire cases of large space commercial buildings in China in the past ten years. The main points of conventional fire protection design and the problems of its application in large space commercial buildings are put forward. The main points of fire resistance performance design of large space commercial buildings are introduced, and summarized from several aspects, such as the determination of safety target, the selection of performance index, the setting of fire scene, the determination and calculation of key parameters. The problems that should be paid attention to in performance-based design are put forward. This paper studies the fire protection design of the large space commercial building, the commercial complex of Wanda Square in Puxi, Quanzhou, and the international purchasing and regional logistics center on the west side of the Jinjiang Strait (referred to as "the United States Banner City"). In view of the fire prevention design difficulties in two buildings, the building scheme is adjusted based on the idea of performance-based fire prevention design. The location of the fire source, the fire growth rate and the maximum heat release rate are determined by analyzing the fire source location, the fire growth rate and the maximum heat release rate. The calculation of smoke discharge and the field simulation of smoke movement in pedestrian street are carried out, and the safety evacuation parameters, evacuation time, evacuation scene and so on are simulated and calculated by using existing engineering methods. Therefore, a reliable and effective fire protection design system is established, and some effective and feasible suggestions are put forward for the fire safety design and daily operation management of this kind of buildings. The research in this paper has certain practical reference value for the research of fire resistance performance design of large space commercial buildings, and is helpful to further promote the fire safety design to move towards scientific, rational and cost-benefit optimization. And will produce significant social and economic benefits.
