利用支持向量回歸對燃爆單元寬度進(jìn)行預(yù)測的方法研究

【摘要】:燃爆單元寬度λ是衡量可燃?xì)怏w燃爆風(fēng)險的一項重要參數(shù),通常認(rèn)為其與特征化學(xué)反應(yīng)區(qū)寬度δ的比值是無量綱活化能和無量綱溫度的函數(shù)。在以上述兩個無量綱量為自變量、以λ/δ的對數(shù)為因變量對實驗數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行回歸的基礎(chǔ)上,更進(jìn)一步引入無量綱壓力作為第3個自變量進(jìn)行回歸。另外,針對傳統(tǒng)參數(shù)回歸方法的不足,采用基于機器學(xué)習(xí)的支持向量回歸方法進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)擬合。比較回歸結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),與采用二變量模型及參數(shù)回歸方法相比,采用三變量模型及支持向量回歸方法的計算結(jié)果與實驗數(shù)據(jù)的擬合度更好,并能更為準(zhǔn)確地預(yù)測不同初始條件下可燃爆氣體的特征單元寬度。
[Abstract]:The width of combustion unit 位 is an important parameter to measure the explosion risk of combustible gas. It is generally considered that the ratio of 位 to the width 未 of characteristic chemical reaction zone is a function of dimensionless activation energy and dimensionless temperature. Taking the two dimensionless variables as independent variables and the logarithm of 位 / 未 as dependent variables, we further introduce dimensionless pressure as the third independent variable to regress the experimental data. In addition, the support vector regression method based on machine learning is used to fit the data. Compared with the two-variable model and the parametric regression method, the results obtained by using the three-variable model and the support vector regression method are better than those of the experimental data. And the characteristic unit width of ignitable gas under different initial conditions can be predicted more accurately.
