礦用滅火水凝膠的流變性研究

【摘要】:利用淀粉、引發(fā)劑-過(guò)硫酸銨、交聯(lián)劑-亞甲基雙丙烯酰胺和黏土-高嶺土制備了高吸水樹脂。確定了制備該樹脂各原料的最佳用量。測(cè)定了水凝膠的穩(wěn)態(tài)剪切曲線、黏溫性、彈性模量和損耗模量,得出結(jié)論:該凝膠屬于剪切稀釋型流體;從室溫上升到50℃時(shí)表現(xiàn)出輕微的升溫稀釋現(xiàn)象,溫度高于50℃時(shí)表現(xiàn)出升溫增稠現(xiàn)象;溫度達(dá)到90℃時(shí),樹脂彈性模量開始明顯降低,損耗模量開始上升,確定該凝膠適宜的相變溫度是90℃。
[Abstract]:Superabsorbent resin was prepared from starch, initiator-ammonium persulfate, crosslinking agent-methylene bisacrylamide and clay-kaolin. The optimum amount of raw materials for preparing the resin was determined. The steady shear curve, viscosity temperature, elastic modulus and loss modulus of hydrogel were measured. It is concluded that the hydrogel belongs to shear-dilute fluid and shows a slight warming dilution phenomenon when it rises from room temperature to 50 鈩,
