自走鐵礦多元地壓監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)建與災(zāi)害預(yù)警模型研究

【摘要】:本文在查閱大量金屬礦山地壓監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)和監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)預(yù)警技術(shù)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)資料的基礎(chǔ)上,依托自主構(gòu)建的自走鐵礦多元地壓監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)和基于模糊數(shù)學(xué)理論的多因素綜合預(yù)警模型,對系統(tǒng)在自走鐵礦監(jiān)測到的巖體位移和聲發(fā)射數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計。分析了布置在自走鐵礦1580和1530中段五個監(jiān)測點的聲發(fā)射數(shù)據(jù)變化特點和規(guī)律,并得出相關(guān)結(jié)論。最后通過取點對綜合預(yù)警模型的可靠性進(jìn)行了驗證分析。主要研究內(nèi)容如下:1、分析礦山的基本特點,基于巖體破壞理論的地壓災(zāi)害類型、以及表現(xiàn)形式,對礦山生產(chǎn)過程中的地壓災(zāi)害以及巖體破壞機(jī)制進(jìn)行研究。2、根據(jù)礦山監(jiān)測環(huán)境特點進(jìn)行地壓災(zāi)害監(jiān)測預(yù)警系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計、研發(fā)、構(gòu)建、現(xiàn)場調(diào)試和安裝,保證采集到的現(xiàn)場聲發(fā)射信號真實、連續(xù)、可靠,依據(jù)監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)布置方式布設(shè)井下各中段監(jiān)測點,完成該礦山工程巖體監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的總體構(gòu)建。3、對系統(tǒng)布置在1580和1530兩個中段的位移、聲發(fā)射數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計,設(shè)計各自單因素預(yù)警閾值,依據(jù)礦山實際生產(chǎn)情況對聲發(fā)射事件率、能率、△N/△T和AE/△T的特點和變化規(guī)律進(jìn)行分析。4、根據(jù)模糊數(shù)學(xué)理論,考慮位移和聲發(fā)射兩個因素,建立各單因素的模糊隸屬度函數(shù),設(shè)計巖體位移、聲發(fā)射參數(shù)預(yù)警閾值,構(gòu)建地壓災(zāi)害綜合預(yù)警模型,并據(jù)此設(shè)計的算法,對預(yù)警模型的可靠性進(jìn)行驗證。
[Abstract]:On the basis of consulting a large number of documents about ground pressure monitoring system and monitoring data early warning technology of metal mines, this paper builds a multivariate ground pressure monitoring system based on self-moving iron ore and a multi-factor comprehensive early-warning model based on fuzzy mathematics theory.The displacement and acoustic emission data of rock mass monitored by the system in self-moving iron ore are statistically analyzed.The variation characteristics and rules of acoustic emission data at five monitoring points in the 1580 and 1530 sections of Zetao Iron Mine are analyzed and the relevant conclusions are drawn.Finally, the reliability of the comprehensive early warning model is verified and analyzed by taking points.The main research contents are as follows: 1. Analyzing the basic characteristics of the mine, the types of ground pressure disasters based on rock mass failure theory, and their forms of expression.The mechanism of ground pressure disaster and rock mass damage in mine production process is studied. According to the characteristics of mine monitoring environment, the design, research and development, construction, field debugging and installation of ground pressure disaster monitoring and warning system are carried out.To ensure that the collected acoustic emission signals are true, continuous and reliable. According to the arrangement of the monitoring system, the monitoring points in the middle section of the underground are set up.The overall construction of the rock mass monitoring system of the mine engineering is completed. The displacement and acoustic emission data of the system arranged in the two middle sections of 1580 and 1530 are analyzed, and the single factor warning threshold is designed, and the incident rate of acoustic emission is calculated according to the actual production situation of the mine.According to the theory of fuzzy mathematics, considering the two factors of displacement and acoustic emission, the fuzzy membership function of each single factor is established, and the displacement of rock mass is designed.The acoustic emission parameter early warning threshold is used to construct a comprehensive early warning model of ground pressure disaster and the algorithm is designed to verify the reliability of the early warning model.
