西馬礦北翼充填采區(qū)邊界防水煤柱回收的可行性研究

【摘要】:在井田各類煤柱壓煤嚴(yán)重,礦井生產(chǎn)接續(xù)緊張的情況下,沈陽焦煤集團(tuán)有限責(zé)任公司西馬煤礦計(jì)劃利用似膏體充填的方式對(duì)礦井的各類保護(hù)煤柱進(jìn)行回收。論文針對(duì)占有大量煤炭?jī)?chǔ)量的采區(qū)邊界防水煤柱開采方案的可行性進(jìn)行了研究。 西馬礦北翼充填采區(qū)邊界防水煤柱是針對(duì)極富含水性的第四系強(qiáng)含水層留設(shè)的。由于煤層傾角較小,防水煤柱的煤層地質(zhì)儲(chǔ)量約占采區(qū)總儲(chǔ)量的52%。論文研究的關(guān)鍵問題是充填開采后導(dǎo)水裂隙帶發(fā)育高度的確定。因此,在經(jīng)研究分析確定充填開采的等效采高的基礎(chǔ)上,分別采用理論分析、相似材料模擬和數(shù)值模擬等方法對(duì)導(dǎo)水裂隙帶高度進(jìn)行了分析,分別計(jì)算出導(dǎo)水裂隙帶高度。本著安全至上的原則,選取最大可能的導(dǎo)水裂隙帶高度作為計(jì)算防水煤柱垂高的參數(shù),并依據(jù)《三下采煤規(guī)程》和《煤礦防治水規(guī)定》等規(guī)定,確定了防水煤柱的垂高,依次劃定煤柱邊界后可解放原設(shè)計(jì)防水煤柱儲(chǔ)量的63%。 論文最后對(duì)進(jìn)一步提高防水煤柱回收率的可能性進(jìn)行了探討。防水煤柱的大部分回收,大大提高了礦井煤炭資源的利用率,緩解了生產(chǎn)接續(xù)緊張的局面,同時(shí)也延長(zhǎng)了礦井服務(wù)年限。
[Abstract]:Under the condition of serious coal pillar compaction in the mine field and the shortage of mine production, Xima Coal Mine of Shenyang Coking Coal Group Co., Ltd. plans to recycle all kinds of protected coal pillars by using plaster filling method.In this paper, the feasibility of the mining plan of waterproofing coal pillar in the mining area with a large amount of coal reserves is studied.The boundary waterproof pillar of filling mining area in the north wing of Xima Mine is reserved for the highly water-bearing Quaternary strong aquifer.Because of the small inclined angle of coal seam, the geological reserves of waterproof coal pillar account for 52% of the total reserves in mining area.The key problem of this paper is the determination of the height of the fracture zone after filling mining.Therefore, on the basis of research and analysis to determine the equivalent mining height of filling mining, theoretical analysis, similar material simulation and numerical simulation are used to analyze the height of the water-conducting fissure zone, and the height of the water-conducting fissure zone is calculated respectively.Based on the principle of safety first, the maximum possible height of water-conducting fissure zone is selected as the parameter of calculating the vertical height of waterproof coal pillar, and the vertical height of waterproof coal pillar is determined according to the rules of "Sanxiao coal mining regulation" and "coal mine water prevention regulation".Delineation of the pillar boundary can liberate the original design waterproof coal pillar reserves 63.Finally, the possibility of further increasing the recovery rate of waterproof coal pillar is discussed.Most of the recovery of waterproof coal pillar has greatly improved the utilization ratio of mine coal resources, alleviated the tense situation of production and extended the service life of mine.
