基于信息公理和多粒度語(yǔ)言值的鐵路應(yīng)急預(yù)案評(píng)估方法研究

【摘要】:評(píng)估鐵路應(yīng)急預(yù)案是鐵路應(yīng)急管理中的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié),針對(duì)現(xiàn)有預(yù)案評(píng)估方法的不足,提出基于信息公理和多粒度語(yǔ)言值的鐵路應(yīng)急預(yù)案評(píng)估方法。考慮專家評(píng)估中的偏好,采用多粒度語(yǔ)言評(píng)價(jià)值,并采用區(qū)間二元語(yǔ)義方法對(duì)多粒度語(yǔ)言值進(jìn)行處理,避免信息轉(zhuǎn)換過(guò)程中的缺失;利用群體評(píng)價(jià)值與其數(shù)學(xué)期望值之間的偏差,提出求解基于區(qū)間二元語(yǔ)義的指標(biāo)客觀權(quán)重,并求解綜合權(quán)重;提出基于區(qū)間二元語(yǔ)義的信息量計(jì)算方法,根據(jù)信息公理的信息量最小方案最優(yōu)原則,評(píng)估出最佳應(yīng)急預(yù)案;將該方法與多準(zhǔn)則妥協(xié)解排序法(VIKOR)和逼近理想解方法(TOPSIS)比較分析,驗(yàn)證了該方法的可行性和有效性。
[Abstract]:The evaluation of railway emergency plan is a key link in railway emergency management. In view of the shortcomings of the existing evaluation methods, a railway emergency plan evaluation method based on information axiom and multi-granularity language value is proposed. Multi-granularity language evaluation value is adopted and interval binary semantic method is used to deal with multi-granularity language value to avoid the missing in the process of information conversion, and the deviation between group evaluation value and its mathematical expectation value is used. The objective weight of the index based on interval binary semantics is solved and the comprehensive weight is solved, and the method of calculating the amount of information based on interval binary semantics is put forward, and the optimal emergency plan is evaluated according to the principle of the minimum scheme of information quantity of information axiom. The feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified by comparing the method with VIKORand the approximate ideal solution method (Topos).
