煤礦視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)研究與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】：煤炭,從古至今均是支持我國國民經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的主要能源。但是煤炭工業(yè)的生產(chǎn)安全狀況卻不是十分樂觀,尤其在中小型煤礦中。這種狀況不僅威脅到整個煤炭工業(yè)的穩(wěn)定生產(chǎn),也威脅到人民的生命和國家的財產(chǎn)安全。本文從監(jiān)管的角度出發(fā),開發(fā)了煤礦視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),目的是實現(xiàn)礦井安全監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)與礦井安全監(jiān)管計算機網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)的相互聯(lián)結(jié),使獲得的安全監(jiān)控信息能實時地傳輸?shù)奖O(jiān)控網(wǎng)絡(luò)中心,各工作站可以根據(jù)權(quán)限查詢到各個煤礦的實時安全監(jiān)測信息。系統(tǒng)總控計算機從煤礦瓦斯采集計算機的數(shù)據(jù)庫取得目前瓦斯?jié)舛葦?shù)據(jù),通過分析得出瓦斯?jié)舛仁欠癞惓?如果異常,驅(qū)動報警裝置,驅(qū)動抽風(fēng)送風(fēng)控制板和供電線路控制板,同時告知煤礦入口視頻監(jiān)控微機,啟動視頻監(jiān)控,并將監(jiān)控數(shù)據(jù)通過Internet傳到網(wǎng)絡(luò)監(jiān)控中心備案。煤礦入口視頻監(jiān)控微機的主要任務(wù)就是對煤礦入口是否有人進入礦井進行信息處理。論文首先介紹了煤礦視頻監(jiān)控的發(fā)展概況、現(xiàn)狀。然后通過與理論技術(shù)的結(jié)合及實際應(yīng)用的需求,進行了煤礦視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的總體方案設(shè)計。給出了煤礦視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的總控拓撲結(jié)構(gòu)圖。最后結(jié)合軟件開發(fā)的界面,介紹了煤礦視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)軟件系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)過程,包括軟件系統(tǒng)的編程思想,軟件系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)等。重點詳細地闡述了采用圖像識別技術(shù)對礦井入口是否有人員進入的檢測過程,并給出了核心部分的程序設(shè)計。最后,作者對該課題的后續(xù)工作進行了展望。
[Abstract]:Since ancient times, coal has been the main source of energy to support the development of our national economy. However, the production safety situation of the coal industry is not very optimistic, especially in small and medium-sized coal mines. This situation not only threatens the stable production of the entire coal industry, It also threatens the lives of the people and the property safety of the country. This paper develops the coal mine video surveillance system from the perspective of supervision and control, the purpose of which is to realize the mutual connection between the mine safety monitoring system and the computer network system of mine safety supervision. Enable the obtained security monitoring information to be transmitted to the monitoring network center in real time, Each workstation can query the real-time safety monitoring information of each coal mine according to its authority. The system control computer acquires the current gas concentration data from the database of the coal mine gas acquisition computer, and finds out whether the gas concentration is abnormal or not. If abnormal, drive the alarm device, drive the exhaust air control board and the power supply line control board, at the same time inform the coal mine entrance video monitoring microcomputer, start the video monitoring, The main task of the video monitoring computer of coal mine entrance is to process the information whether the coal mine entrance enters the mine. Firstly, the paper introduces the general situation of the development of the coal mine video monitoring. Then, through the combination of theory and technology and the demand of practical application, the overall scheme design of coal mine video surveillance system is carried out, and the general control topology diagram of coal mine video monitoring system is given. Finally, the interface of software development is combined. This paper introduces the development process of the software system of the coal mine video surveillance system, including the programming thought of the software system, the structure of the software system, etc. The program design of the core part is given. Finally, the author looks forward to the follow-up work of the project.
