鐵路機(jī)車司機(jī)工作壓力與安全績效關(guān)系研究

【摘要】:我國鐵路快速發(fā)展、技術(shù)水平大幅提高、運(yùn)營環(huán)境更加復(fù)雜等因素導(dǎo)致了鐵路機(jī)車司機(jī)的工作壓力,而工作壓力對鐵路機(jī)車司機(jī)的安全績效有重要影響。為提高鐵路機(jī)車司機(jī)安全績效,保證鐵路安全運(yùn)營,本文以鐵路機(jī)車司機(jī)為研究對象,研究鐵路機(jī)車司機(jī)工作壓力與安全績效的關(guān)系。 鐵路機(jī)車司機(jī)工作壓力與安全績效關(guān)系研究的主要內(nèi)容包括:(1)對于工作壓力、安全績效的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)綜述;(2)鐵路機(jī)車司機(jī)工作壓力與安全績效關(guān)系的研究構(gòu)想、研究假設(shè)與理論模型;(3)鐵路機(jī)車司機(jī)工作壓力、安全績效關(guān)系的問卷設(shè)計(jì)與調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)的質(zhì)量分析;(4)根據(jù)問卷調(diào)查收集的數(shù)據(jù),對鐵路機(jī)車司機(jī)工作壓力與安全績效關(guān)系模型與研究假設(shè)進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證并分析其結(jié)果。 研究結(jié)論如下:(1)得出鐵路機(jī)車司機(jī)工作壓力的研究維度,即工作本身、工作家庭矛盾、人際關(guān)系、職業(yè)發(fā)展以及組織因素;(2)提出了安全支持的概念,得出了安全支持的研究維度,即安全幫助、認(rèn)同價值和關(guān)心安全;(3)得出鐵路機(jī)車司機(jī)工作壓力、職業(yè)倦怠、安全支持研究的測量工具;(4)驗(yàn)證了以鐵路機(jī)車司機(jī)工作壓力→職業(yè)倦怠→安全績效的關(guān)系為主線,安全支持為調(diào)節(jié)變量的模型并驗(yàn)證相應(yīng)的研究假設(shè),明確了鐵路機(jī)車司機(jī)職業(yè)倦怠在其工作壓力與安全績效間的中介作用,以及鐵路機(jī)車司機(jī)安全支持所起的調(diào)節(jié)作用。 研究的主要創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)如下: (1)從安全管理的角度,提出了屬于安全范疇的安全支持的概念,并從安全支持的角度探討鐵路機(jī)車司機(jī)工作壓力與安全績效的關(guān)系,拓展了工作壓力、安全績效的研究領(lǐng)域。 (2)構(gòu)建并驗(yàn)證了以職業(yè)倦怠為中介變量、安全支持為調(diào)節(jié)變量的鐵路機(jī)車司機(jī)的工作壓力(自變量)與安全績效(因變量)關(guān)系的模型,利用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型驗(yàn)證了職業(yè)倦怠的中介作用、安全支持的調(diào)節(jié)作用以及研究構(gòu)建的理論模型的合理性。 (3)通過分組比較對鐵路機(jī)車司機(jī)安全支持的調(diào)節(jié)作用進(jìn)行了分析,驗(yàn)證了鐵路機(jī)車司機(jī)的安全支持在其工作壓力與安全績效關(guān)系中的調(diào)節(jié)作用,并得出在安全支持不同時鐵路機(jī)車司機(jī)工作壓力對其安全績效影響不同的結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of the railway in China, the substantial improvement of the technical level and the more complex operating environment have led to the working pressure of the railway locomotive drivers. In order to improve the safety performance of railway locomotive drivers and ensure the safe operation of railway, this paper takes railway locomotive drivers as the research object. This paper studies the relationship between working pressure and safety performance of railway locomotive drivers. The main contents of the research on the relationship between working pressure and safety performance of railway locomotive drivers include: (1) Review of relevant literature on working pressure and safety performance of railway locomotive drivers (2) Conception of research on the relationship between working pressure and safety performance of railway locomotive drivers. Research hypothesized and theoretical model: (3) Design of questionnaire on the relationship between working stress and safety performance of railway locomotive drivers and quality analysis of survey data 4) data collected according to the questionnaire, The relationship between working pressure and safety performance of railway locomotive drivers is verified and the results are analyzed. The conclusion of the study is as follows: 1) the research dimension of the working stress of railway locomotive drivers, namely, work itself, work-family contradictions, interpersonal relationships, career development and organizational factors, is proposed. (2) the concept of safety support is put forward. The research dimension of safety support, that is, safety help, identification value and concern for safety, is obtained. The measurement tool of railway locomotive drivers' work pressure, job burnout and safety support is obtained. 4) it is verified that the working pressure of railway locomotive drivers is the same as that of railway locomotive drivers. 鈫扟ob burnout. 鈫扵he relationship of safety performance is the main line, the safety support is the model of adjusting variables and the corresponding research hypothesis is verified, and the intermediary role of job burnout between job stress and safety performance of railway locomotive drivers is clarified. And railway locomotive driver safety support plays a regulatory role. The main innovations of the study are as follows:. 1) from the point of view of safety management, this paper puts forward the concept of safety support belonging to safety category, discusses the relationship between working pressure and safety performance of railway locomotive drivers from the point of view of safety support, and expands the research field of working pressure and safety performance. (2) A model of the relationship between job stress (independent variable) and safety performance (dependent variable) of railway locomotive driver with burnout as intermediary variable and safety support as adjusting variable was constructed and validated. The structural equation model was used to verify the mediating role of job burnout, the regulatory role of safety support and the rationality of the theoretical model. 3) the regulating effect of railway locomotive driver's safety support is analyzed through grouping comparison, and it is verified that the regulation function of railway locomotive driver's safety support in the relationship between working pressure and safety performance. It is concluded that the working pressure of locomotive drivers has different effects on their safety performance at the same time of safety support.
