型煤吸附不同氣體變形規(guī)律研究

【摘要】:為了探討型煤吸附不同壓力下的CH_4、N_2以及CO_2的變形特征,利用自行研發(fā)的高壓瓦斯煤巖吸附-解吸測試系統(tǒng),對型煤在吸附這3種氣體過程中的變形規(guī)律進行了研究。結(jié)果表明:型煤在不同壓力下吸附不同氣體的過程都包含抽真空變形、吸附膨脹變形和解吸附壓縮變形等3個階段,且吸附3種氣體的膨脹變形規(guī)律相似,其軸向變形與環(huán)向變形均隨時間的增大而逐漸增大;吸附膨脹變形過程中的應變-時間關(guān)系都符合Langmuir方程形式;在相同溫度和吸附質(zhì)壓力條件下型煤對3種氣體的吸附膨脹變形由大到小依次為CO_2、CH_4、N_2;型煤吸附這3種氣體膨脹變形過程中的環(huán)向應變要大于軸向應變,且隨著壓力的增大2個方向的變形差異增大。
[Abstract]:In order to study the deformation characteristics of CH4 / N _ 2 adsorbed by briquette under different pressures and CO_2, the self-developed high pressure gas coal and rock adsorption-desorption test system was used. The deformation law of briquette in the process of adsorption of these three gases is studied. The results show that the process of adsorbing different gases under different pressure includes three stages: vacuum deformation, adsorption expansion deformation and adsorption compression deformation. The law of expansion deformation of three kinds of adsorbed gases is similar, the axial deformation and the circumferential deformation increase with the increase of time, the strain-time relationship in the process of adsorption expansion and deformation all accord with the Langmuir equation. Under the same temperature and adsorptive pressure, the order of adsorption expansion deformation of briquette to three gases from large to small is CO2CH4 / N-2; the circumferential strain is larger than the axial strain in the process of adsorbing these three gases. The difference of deformation in two directions increases with the increase of pressure.
