封閉空間內煤粒瓦斯解吸實驗與數(shù)值模擬

【摘要】:為研究瓦斯在煤粒中流動的基本規(guī)律,設計了封閉空間內的煤粒瓦斯解吸實驗,分別以菲克和達西定律為基礎,建立了該條件下煤粒瓦斯放散的數(shù)學模型,通過有限差分的方法進行離散并編制程序進行解算,最終實驗和數(shù)值模擬都得到了4種粒徑的煤樣在不同初始壓力下累積解吸量隨時間的變化關系。根據(jù)實驗和模擬結果分別繪制ln[1-(Qt/Q∞)2]-t關系圖進行對比,結果表明:在菲克模擬中,無論擴散參數(shù)B如何變化,其結果始終為一條直線;而達西模擬和實驗結果有明顯的曲線特征并且兩者擬合度較高,說明在封閉空間內煤粒中的瓦斯流動更符合達西定律。結合以往研究可知,無論外部壓力變化與否,瓦斯在煤粒內的流動都服從達西定律而不是菲克定律。
[Abstract]:In order to study the basic law of gas flow in coal particles, a gas desorption experiment in a closed space is designed. Based on Fick's and Darcy's laws, a mathematical model of coal particle gas emission under this condition is established. The finite difference method is used to discretize and program the solution. Finally, the relationship between the cumulative desorption amount of four kinds of coal samples under different initial pressure and time was obtained by both experimental and numerical simulation.
