封閉空間內(nèi)煤粒瓦斯解吸實(shí)驗(yàn)與數(shù)值模擬

【摘要】:為研究瓦斯在煤粒中流動(dòng)的基本規(guī)律,設(shè)計(jì)了封閉空間內(nèi)的煤粒瓦斯解吸實(shí)驗(yàn),分別以菲克和達(dá)西定律為基礎(chǔ),建立了該條件下煤粒瓦斯放散的數(shù)學(xué)模型,通過(guò)有限差分的方法進(jìn)行離散并編制程序進(jìn)行解算,最終實(shí)驗(yàn)和數(shù)值模擬都得到了4種粒徑的煤樣在不同初始?jí)毫ο吕鄯e解吸量隨時(shí)間的變化關(guān)系。根據(jù)實(shí)驗(yàn)和模擬結(jié)果分別繪制ln[1-(Qt/Q∞)2]-t關(guān)系圖進(jìn)行對(duì)比,結(jié)果表明:在菲克模擬中,無(wú)論擴(kuò)散參數(shù)B如何變化,其結(jié)果始終為一條直線(xiàn);而達(dá)西模擬和實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果有明顯的曲線(xiàn)特征并且兩者擬合度較高,說(shuō)明在封閉空間內(nèi)煤粒中的瓦斯流動(dòng)更符合達(dá)西定律。結(jié)合以往研究可知,無(wú)論外部壓力變化與否,瓦斯在煤粒內(nèi)的流動(dòng)都服從達(dá)西定律而不是菲克定律。
[Abstract]:In order to study the basic law of gas flow in coal particles, a gas desorption experiment in a closed space is designed. Based on Fick's and Darcy's laws, a mathematical model of coal particle gas emission under this condition is established. The finite difference method is used to discretize and program the solution. Finally, the relationship between the cumulative desorption amount of four kinds of coal samples under different initial pressure and time was obtained by both experimental and numerical simulation.
