不等齒距鋸片振動噪聲控制的研究

【摘要】:圓盤鋸作為熱鋸機工況下的主要噪聲源,其振動與噪聲控制一直以來都是難以解決的工程問題。然而,由于不等齒距鋸片減振降噪問題中涉及到復(fù)雜的力學(xué)、信號、聲學(xué)等知識,到目前為止,還沒有文獻對不等齒距鋸片振動噪聲問題進行詳細的研究。論文以φ2000鋸片為研究對象,首先分析了影響鋸片噪聲輻射的主要因素,然后研究了不等齒距鋸片的部分設(shè)計參數(shù)對其降噪效果的影響,從而為變齒距鋸片結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)優(yōu)化提供指導(dǎo)性建議。主要研究內(nèi)容如下: (1)建立了熱鋸機鋸切時單齒和多齒的鋸切力模型,,基于頻譜先能量分布理論論述了不等齒距鋸片減振降噪的機理。 (2)分析了鋸切工況下鋸齒所受鋸切脈沖力偏置的原因,利用有限元法分別對圓鋸片受偏置的徑向脈沖力和切向脈沖力的作用下的噪聲輻射機理進行了研究。利用有限元研究了圓鋸片受單齒徑向脈沖力時鋸片厚度、鋸片直徑、夾徑比對鋸片加速度噪聲的影響規(guī)律。 (3)利用MATLAB對鋸切力時域波形進行仿真并對不等齒距鋸片的齒間角進行了優(yōu)化,基于頻譜線能量分布理論分析了齒間角類型、分組齒數(shù)對不等齒距鋸片降噪效果影響規(guī)律。 (4)結(jié)合有限元法和邊界元法對不等齒距鋸片工況下產(chǎn)生的振動和噪聲進行仿真,驗證不等齒距片的齒間角類型和分組齒數(shù)對鋸片降噪效果的影響規(guī)律。
[Abstract]:As the main noise source of hot sawing machine, the vibration and noise control of circular saw is always a difficult engineering problem. However, the vibration and noise reduction of saw blade with unequal tooth spacing involves complex mechanics. Up to now, there is no detailed research on vibration and noise problem of unequal pitch saw blade. This paper takes 蠁 2000 saw blade as the research object. Firstly, the main factors affecting noise radiation of saw blade are analyzed, and then the effect of some design parameters of unequal pitch saw blade on the noise reduction effect is studied. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) to provide guidance suggestions for the optimization of structural parameters of the saw blade with variable tooth spacing. 1) the model of single and multi-tooth sawing force in hot sawing machine is established. Based on the theory of spectrum first energy distribution, the mechanism of reducing vibration and noise of saw blade with unequal tooth spacing is discussed. 2) the reason of the bias of the cutting pulse force on the saw teeth under the sawing condition is analyzed. The noise radiation mechanism of circular saw blade under the action of offset radial pulse force and tangential pulse force is studied by using finite element method, and the thickness of circular saw blade subjected to single tooth radial pulse force is studied by finite element method. The influence of saw blade diameter and clip diameter ratio on the acceleration noise of saw blade. (3) the time-domain waveform of sawing force is simulated by MATLAB, and the angle between teeth of the saw blade with unequal pitch is optimized. Based on the theory of energy distribution of spectrum line, the type of angle between teeth is analyzed. The effect of number of teeth on noise reduction of saw blade with unequal pitch is studied. (4) the vibration and noise of the saw blade with unequal pitch are simulated by the finite element method and the boundary element method, and the effect of the angle between teeth and the number of teeth on the noise reduction of the saw blade is verified.
