【摘要】:受到地形和地質(zhì)條件的影響,山區(qū)高速公路橋-隧過渡段的交通事故明顯較多,對人們的生命和財(cái)產(chǎn)安全造成嚴(yán)重的損害,對山區(qū)高速公路的運(yùn)營安全提出了新的挑戰(zhàn)。由于針對山區(qū)高速公路橋-隧過渡段的運(yùn)營安全問題,國內(nèi)外并沒有規(guī)律性的理解和認(rèn)識,因此,深入分析山區(qū)高速公路橋-隧過渡段運(yùn)營安全的影響因素,,盡可能的防止交通事故的發(fā)生,對于提高山區(qū)高速公路橋-隧過渡段的運(yùn)營安全具有重要意義。 本文是以《山區(qū)高速公路特殊結(jié)構(gòu)物連接段安全可靠性研究》課題為依托,以山區(qū)高速公路橋-隧過渡段為研究對象,以運(yùn)營安全評價(jià)理論為指導(dǎo),對山區(qū)高速公路橋-隧過渡段安全評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系進(jìn)行研究。 論文從山區(qū)高速公路橋-隧過渡段運(yùn)營安全現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),重點(diǎn)分析了人、車、路、環(huán)境對山區(qū)高速公路橋-隧過渡段運(yùn)營安全的影響。其中“人”包括駕駛員交通特性和道路管理者行為,“車”是指機(jī)動車性能的安全穩(wěn)定性,“路”包括道路基本設(shè)施和交通附屬設(shè)施,“氣候環(huán)境”是指霧、雨雪、冰凍等異常天氣條件和路域環(huán)境協(xié)調(diào)性。只有在這四個(gè)要素合理配合、協(xié)調(diào)順適,整個(gè)山區(qū)高速公路橋-隧過渡段道路運(yùn)營系統(tǒng)才會處于安全的狀態(tài),在此基礎(chǔ)上采取的有效措施才會使得整個(gè)運(yùn)營系統(tǒng)安全可靠。 介紹了幾種常用的安全評價(jià)方法,并對比分析各自的特點(diǎn)和山區(qū)高速公路橋-隧過渡段本身的特點(diǎn),最終選擇了專家調(diào)研法進(jìn)行指標(biāo)篩選、G_1法進(jìn)行指標(biāo)的賦權(quán),從而對橋-隧過渡段的運(yùn)營安全進(jìn)行綜合評價(jià)。根據(jù)指標(biāo)體系建立原則,建立較為全面的山區(qū)高速公路橋-隧過渡段運(yùn)營安全評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系框架,該框架分為三個(gè)層次,包含5個(gè)二級指標(biāo)和28個(gè)三級指標(biāo)。并用G_1法對專家咨詢表的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行處理,確定各指標(biāo)的權(quán)重系數(shù)。并建立評分標(biāo)準(zhǔn),為驗(yàn)證指標(biāo)體系和評分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的可操作性,選擇兩個(gè)山區(qū)高速公路橋-隧過渡段進(jìn)行了實(shí)例驗(yàn)證并對評價(jià)結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析。
[Abstract]:Due to the influence of terrain and geological conditions, there are many traffic accidents in the transition section of highway bridge and tunnel in mountain area, which cause serious damage to people's life and property safety. A new challenge to the operation safety of mountain expressway is put forward. There is no regular understanding and understanding at home and abroad for the operational safety of the bridge-tunnel transition section of the mountain highway. It is of great significance to analyze the factors influencing the operation safety of the bridge-tunnel transition section of the mountain expressway and to prevent the traffic accident as far as possible for improving the operation safety of the bridge-tunnel transition section of the mountain highway. This paper is based on "study on Safety and Reliability of Special structure connecting Section of Mountain Expressway", taking the bridge-tunnel transition section of mountain expressway as the research object, and guided by the theory of operation safety evaluation. The safety evaluation index system of bridge-tunnel transition section of mountain expressway is studied. Starting from the present situation of the operation safety of the bridge-tunnel transition section of the mountain expressway, this paper focuses on the analysis of people, cars and roads. The influence of environment on the operation safety of the bridge-tunnel transition section of highway in mountainous area, in which "human" includes driver's traffic characteristics and road manager's behavior, and "vehicle" refers to the safety and stability of motor vehicle performance. "Road" includes road infrastructure and traffic auxiliary facilities, "climate environment" refers to abnormal weather conditions such as fog, rain and snow, freezing and so on. The road operation system of the bridge-tunnel transition section of the whole mountain highway will be in a safe state, and the effective measures taken on this basis will make the whole operation system safe and reliable. This paper introduces several commonly used safety evaluation methods, and compares and analyzes their characteristics and the characteristics of the transition section of highway bridge and tunnel in mountain area. Finally, the expert investigation method is selected to screen the indexes. G1 method is used to evaluate the operation safety of the bridge-tunnel transition section and establish the principle according to the index system. Establish a more comprehensive highway bridge-tunnel transition section of operational safety evaluation index system framework, the framework is divided into three levels. It consists of 5 secondary indexes and 28 third-level indexes. The data of expert consultation table are processed by GStud 1 method, the weight coefficient of each index is determined, and the scoring standard is established. In order to verify the maneuverability of the index system and the scoring standard, two mountain highway bridge-tunnel transition sections were selected for verification and the evaluation results were analyzed.
