開閉裂紋轉(zhuǎn)子在非共振轉(zhuǎn)速區(qū)的振動(dòng)特性分析

【摘要】:首先建立了含橫向開閉裂紋Jeffcott轉(zhuǎn)子的運(yùn)動(dòng)方程,在此基礎(chǔ)上,利用非線性振動(dòng)理論的多尺度分析方法,研究了過程中非共振區(qū)的開閉裂紋轉(zhuǎn)子振動(dòng)特性。在模擬試驗(yàn)臺上驗(yàn)證了裂紋參數(shù)、裂紋方向及不平衡量大小對含裂紋轉(zhuǎn)子振動(dòng)行為的關(guān)系,研究結(jié)果表明:在非共振轉(zhuǎn)速區(qū),裂紋轉(zhuǎn)子的動(dòng)平衡位置、基頻均隨裂紋深度而變化,裂紋越深影響越大;當(dāng)不平衡量較小時(shí),可以認(rèn)為不平衡量與裂紋的相互作用僅對基頻分量有影響,對高階倍頻影響很小;不平衡量與裂紋法向的相位角對各階倍頻振幅的影響非常顯著,一般都是在0°或180°附近取得極值。
[Abstract]:Firstly, the motion equation of Jeffcott rotor with transverse open and closed cracks is established. On this basis, the vibration characteristics of open and closed cracked rotor in non-resonant region are studied by using the multi-scale analysis method of nonlinear vibration theory. The relationship between crack parameters, crack direction and unbalance on the vibration behavior of cracked rotor is verified on the simulation test-bed. The results show that the dynamic equilibrium position and fundamental frequency of cracked rotor vary with crack depth in the non-resonant speed region, and the deeper the crack is, the greater the influence is. When the unbalance is small, it can be considered that the interaction between unbalance and crack only affects the fundamental frequency component, but has little effect on high-order frequency doubling. The effect of the phase angle between the unbalance and the normal direction of the crack on the frequency doubling amplitude of each order is very significant, and the extreme value is usually obtained near 0 擄or 180 擄.
