影響錐閥閥芯軸向振動的關(guān)鍵因素

【摘要】:錐閥由于結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、密封性好、響應(yīng)快,在液壓系統(tǒng)中被廣泛采用。而錐閥在使用過程中易產(chǎn)生振動、噪聲與空化等現(xiàn)象,影響了液壓系統(tǒng)的調(diào)壓穩(wěn)定性和工作可靠性。錐閥從本質(zhì)上來看是由閥芯-彈簧構(gòu)成的彈簧質(zhì)量振動系統(tǒng),在流場擾動因素的作用下極易產(chǎn)生振動,從而引起壓力調(diào)節(jié)閥的調(diào)定壓力產(chǎn)生波動。運用流固耦合的方法分析了不同閥芯結(jié)構(gòu)對錐閥軸向振動的影響,發(fā)現(xiàn)在閥芯軸向振動過程中閥口逆壓力梯度區(qū)的壓力波動幅值和相位會產(chǎn)生劇烈變化,對閥芯軸向振動幅值產(chǎn)生較大影響。
[Abstract]:Conical valve is widely used in hydraulic system because of its simple structure, good sealing and fast response. The conical valve is easy to produce vibration, noise and cavitation in the process of use, which affects the pressure regulation stability and working reliability of the hydraulic system. In essence, the cone valve is a spring mass vibration system composed of valve core and spring, which is easy to produce vibration under the action of flow field disturbance, which leads to the fluctuation of the regulating pressure of the pressure regulating valve. The influence of different valve core structures on the axial vibration of conical valve is analyzed by using the method of fluid-solid coupling. It is found that the amplitude and phase of pressure fluctuation in the reverse pressure gradient region of the valve core will change dramatically in the process of axial vibration of the valve core. It has a great influence on the axial vibration amplitude of the valve core.
