重載螺栓的力學(xué)性能分析及其結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:本文的重載是指在螺紋聯(lián)接結(jié)構(gòu)中外部載荷接近螺栓預(yù)緊力,甚至超過螺栓預(yù)緊力的螺栓聯(lián)接邊界條件。目前,對螺紋聯(lián)接結(jié)構(gòu)的力學(xué)性能分析主要用到的方法有解析法和有限元法。然而,分析過程中的多個簡化處理帶來的結(jié)果存在較大的誤差,這難以為螺紋聯(lián)接結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計提供可靠的理論支持。因此,進(jìn)一步深入開展螺紋聯(lián)接的相關(guān)研究工作具有顯而易見的意義;诖,本文在大量理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上,利用有限元軟件對螺栓的相關(guān)力學(xué)性能進(jìn)行了分析并對其結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化設(shè)計做了一定研究。主要從兩方面進(jìn)行了研究:首先,基于螺栓的相關(guān)理論,利用有限元軟件對螺栓的聯(lián)接結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了力學(xué)性能分析。螺栓聯(lián)接結(jié)構(gòu)的力學(xué)性能分析主要分為靜力學(xué)分析和動力學(xué)分析。螺栓的靜力學(xué)分析理論已比較成熟,并且有限元軟件也已經(jīng)是一種常見的工具,但是利用有限元軟件對螺栓聯(lián)接結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行分析則面臨著諸多問題。而研究螺栓的動力學(xué)的理論相對較少,在螺栓靜力學(xué)分析的基礎(chǔ)上,可以利用有限元軟件初步對螺栓的動力學(xué)特征進(jìn)行分析,研究在不同應(yīng)力幅值激勵下螺栓的應(yīng)力特征。其次,在力學(xué)性能分析的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合螺栓的相關(guān)理論,研究了如何才能更好地利用有限元軟件進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化設(shè)計。螺栓聯(lián)接結(jié)構(gòu)是一種常見的聯(lián)接結(jié)構(gòu),主要由被聯(lián)接件以及螺栓和螺母構(gòu)成。螺栓聯(lián)接結(jié)構(gòu)在宏觀上的設(shè)計方法通常相對簡單。為了提高螺栓的力學(xué)性能通常需要深入螺栓和螺母的內(nèi)部,優(yōu)化螺栓和螺母內(nèi)部的細(xì)節(jié)幾何參數(shù),來提高螺栓和螺母的聯(lián)接強度。本文以ANSYS14.0軟件為工具,對螺栓聯(lián)接結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了參數(shù)化建模,在大量理論分析的基礎(chǔ)上分析了螺栓在預(yù)緊力以及動載激勵下的軸向應(yīng)力特征,并探討了如何對螺栓進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化的方法。其分析方法為螺栓聯(lián)接結(jié)構(gòu)的力學(xué)性能分析及其結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化設(shè)計研究提供了一定的參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The heavy load in this paper refers to the boundary condition of bolt connection in which the external load is close to the bolt pretightening force or even exceeds the bolt pretightening force in the threaded connection structure. At present, analytical method and finite element method are mainly used to analyze the mechanical properties of threaded connection structure. However, there are large errors in the results of multiple simplified processing in the analysis process, which is difficult to provide reliable theoretical support for the design of threaded connection structures. Therefore, it is of obvious significance to further carry out the related research work of thread connection. Based on this, on the basis of a large number of theoretical research, the mechanical properties of bolts are analyzed by using finite element software, and the structural optimization design of bolts is studied. This paper mainly studies from two aspects: firstly, based on the related theory of bolts, the mechanical properties of bolt connection structure are analyzed by using finite element software. The mechanical properties analysis of bolt connection structure is mainly divided into statics analysis and dynamic analysis. The statics analysis theory of bolts has been relatively mature, and finite element software is also a common tool, but the use of finite element software to analyze bolt connection structure is faced with many problems. However, there are relatively few theories to study the dynamics of bolts. On the basis of static analysis of bolts, the dynamic characteristics of bolts can be preliminarily analyzed by finite element software, and the stress characteristics of bolts excited by different stress amplitudes can be studied. Secondly, on the basis of mechanical properties analysis, combined with the related theory of bolts, this paper studies how to make better use of finite element software for structural optimization design. Bolt connection structure is a common connection structure, which is mainly composed of connected parts, bolts and nuts. The design method of bolted connection structure is usually relatively simple. In order to improve the mechanical properties of bolts, it is usually necessary to go deep into the interior of bolts and nuts and optimize the detailed geometric parameters of bolts and nuts in order to improve the connection strength of bolts and nuts. In this paper, the parametric modeling of bolt connection structure is carried out with ANSYS14.0 software as a tool, and the axial stress characteristics of bolt under pretightening force and dynamic load excitation are analyzed on the basis of a large number of theoretical analysis. How to optimize the structure of bolts is also discussed. The analysis method provides a certain reference for the mechanical properties analysis and structural optimization design of bolt connection structures.
