葉片出口安放角對單葉片泵性能的影響

【摘要】:為改善單葉片泵的性能,采用數(shù)值模擬與外特性試驗相結(jié)合的方法分析了葉片出口安放角對泵性能的影響.基于SIMPLEC算法和RNG k-ε湍流模型,通過ANSYS CFX軟件求解三維N-S方程,對葉片出口安放角分別為10°,14°,18°,22°和26°的單葉片泵內(nèi)部流場進行了數(shù)值分析,得到了泵的速度場、壓力場,并獲得了泵外特性及所受徑向力,數(shù)值計算所得揚程與試驗結(jié)果具有較好的一致性.結(jié)果表明單葉片泵揚程、功率、效率均隨葉片出口安放角增大而提高,但葉片出口安放角增大到18°以后,由于葉輪內(nèi)流動滑移加劇,變化不再顯著;不同葉片出口安放角單葉片泵內(nèi)流場整體分布相似,但葉片壓力面前端脫流區(qū)隨葉片出口安放角的增加而增大,壓力面的相對速度隨葉片出口安放角的增加而減小,隔舌處的流動隨葉片出口安放角的增加而變得順暢;葉輪及蝸殼所受徑向力隨葉片出口安放角的增加而增大,葉輪所受徑向力在設(shè)計點工況附近最小,而蝸殼所受徑向力隨流量增加而減小.
