基于熵權(quán)理想點(diǎn)法的綜合傳動裝置測試性參數(shù)評價(jià)

【摘要】:針對綜合傳動裝置測試性參數(shù)選擇時(shí)存在的參數(shù)種類多、參數(shù)選擇缺乏理論指導(dǎo)等問題,提出基于熵權(quán)理想點(diǎn)法的綜合傳動裝置測試性參數(shù)評價(jià)方法。其基本思想是依據(jù)綜合傳動裝置可靠性、維修性和可用性有關(guān)的使用要求選出待評價(jià)的測試性參數(shù),并將使用要求作為測試性參數(shù)評價(jià)指標(biāo),構(gòu)建指標(biāo)優(yōu)屬度矩陣,計(jì)算評價(jià)指標(biāo)熵權(quán),在此基礎(chǔ)上計(jì)算加熵權(quán)后的指標(biāo)優(yōu)屬度矩陣的理想點(diǎn),分析被評價(jià)參數(shù)與理想點(diǎn)間的貼近度,依據(jù)貼近度的值進(jìn)行排序,獲得各參數(shù)的優(yōu)劣順序。實(shí)例分析結(jié)果表明:該方法通過指標(biāo)優(yōu)屬度矩陣獲得測試性參數(shù)的優(yōu)劣順序,為綜合傳動裝置測試性參數(shù)選擇和指標(biāo)制定提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problems of many kinds of parameters and lack of theoretical guidance in the selection of testability parameters of integrated transmission device, an evaluation method of testability parameters of integrated transmission device based on entropy weight ideal point method is proposed. The basic idea is to select the testability parameters to be evaluated according to the requirements related to the reliability, maintainability and availability of the integrated transmission device, and to take the use requirements as the evaluation index of the testability parameters, and to construct the index superiority matrix. The entropy weight of the evaluation index is calculated, on the basis of which the ideal points of the index dominance matrix after adding entropy weight are calculated, the closeness between the evaluated parameters and the ideal points is analyzed, and the order of each parameter is obtained according to the value of the closeness degree. The results of example analysis show that the method obtains the order of testability parameters through the index dominance matrix, which provides the basis for the selection of testability parameters and the formulation of indexes for integrated transmission devices.
