考慮信息不確定性的串行迭代時間模型的研究

【摘要】:串行迭代模型中信息不確定性導致任務的迭代返工,增加了任務的總執(zhí)行時間。針對這一問題,通過對上、下游串行任務執(zhí)行過程的分析,得出造成信息不確定性的主要原因,確定信息不確定度函數(shù),構(gòu)建考慮信息不確定性的串行迭代時間模型。進而通過對該模型的分析得到任務間的依賴關(guān)系指數(shù)和上、下游設計人員間的交流次數(shù)對迭代返工時間的影響規(guī)律,從而為縮短產(chǎn)品開發(fā)過程中任務的迭代返工時間和總執(zhí)行時間提供了理論參考。以某機械產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)項目為例,驗證了模型的有效性。
[Abstract]:In the serial iterative model, the information uncertainty leads to the iterative rework of the task, which increases the total execution time of the task. In order to solve this problem, through the analysis of the execution process of upstream and downstream serial tasks, the main causes of information uncertainty are obtained, the information uncertainty function is determined, and the serial iterative time model considering information uncertainty is constructed. Then, through the analysis of the model, the influence of inter-task dependency index and the number of communication between downstream designers on iterative rework time is obtained. This provides a theoretical reference for shortening the iterative rework time and total execution time of tasks in the process of product development. Taking the development project of a mechanical product as an example, the effectiveness of the model is verified.
