【摘要】：無葉擴(kuò)壓器是離心壓氣機(jī)的重要部件,研究其內(nèi)部流場掌握其流動(dòng)特點(diǎn),對(duì)于提升無葉擴(kuò)壓器性能及了解失速誘發(fā)原因具有重要意義。本文利用Workbench15.0軟件對(duì)離心壓氣機(jī)進(jìn)行模型建立和數(shù)值模擬,對(duì)不同流量下離心葉輪和無葉擴(kuò)壓器內(nèi)部流場進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果表明:無葉擴(kuò)壓器回流區(qū)首先出現(xiàn)在其輪轂側(cè),隨著流量的減小回流區(qū)出現(xiàn)在無葉擴(kuò)壓器前盤側(cè),當(dāng)流量進(jìn)一步降低回流區(qū)出現(xiàn)在無葉擴(kuò)壓器壁面兩側(cè);出現(xiàn)回流區(qū)時(shí)無葉擴(kuò)壓器并不會(huì)立即進(jìn)入失速狀態(tài),隨著回流區(qū)域的擴(kuò)展當(dāng)其中一側(cè)回流區(qū)發(fā)展到無葉擴(kuò)壓器出口時(shí)無葉擴(kuò)壓器進(jìn)入旋轉(zhuǎn)失速狀態(tài);無葉擴(kuò)壓器內(nèi)的不穩(wěn)定流動(dòng)狀態(tài)可以用無葉擴(kuò)壓器內(nèi)靜壓升系數(shù)表示,無葉擴(kuò)壓器失速發(fā)生時(shí)靜壓升系數(shù)也會(huì)隨之下降。
[Abstract]:Vaneless diffuser is an important part of centrifugal compressor. It is of great significance to study its internal flow field and master its flow characteristics in order to improve the performance of vaneless diffuser and understand the cause of stall induction. In this paper, the Workbench15.0 software is used to model and simulate the centrifugal compressor, and the internal flow fields of centrifugal impeller and vaneless diffuser with different flow rates are analyzed. The results show that the return flow zone of the vaneless diffuser first appears on the hub side of the diffuser, and appears on the front disk side of the vaneless diffuser with the decrease of the flow rate. When the flow rate decreases further, the backflow zone appears on both sides of the wall of the vaneless diffuser. The vaneless diffuser does not immediately enter the stall state when the backflow zone appears, and the vaneless diffuser enters the rotating stall state when one side of the backflow zone develops to the outlet of the vaneless diffuser. The unsteady flow state in the vaneless diffuser can be expressed by the static pressure rise coefficient in the vaneless diffuser, and the static pressure rise coefficient in the vaneless diffuser will decrease when the stall occurs.
