基于Logix的立體倉(cāng)庫(kù)仿真與一體化管控系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:隨著現(xiàn)代工業(yè)生產(chǎn)的迅猛發(fā)展,產(chǎn)品的多樣化和需求的個(gè)性化不斷地對(duì)自動(dòng)化倉(cāng)庫(kù)的規(guī)劃和設(shè)計(jì)提出更高的要求,受成本高,投資大等因素的影響,對(duì)自動(dòng)化立體倉(cāng)庫(kù)系統(tǒng)創(chuàng)建一套立體倉(cāng)庫(kù)模型十分緊要,利用模型,即可以提前測(cè)試實(shí)際建設(shè)中的方案是否符合要求,并對(duì)各種方案建立相應(yīng)的仿真模型,進(jìn)行多次仿真,確定最適合的方案。又避免了盲目建設(shè),可能出現(xiàn)的非預(yù)見(jiàn)性問(wèn)題和或有經(jīng)濟(jì)損失。本文使用仿真硬件接口的方法,利用RSLogix 5000軟件仿真了立體倉(cāng)庫(kù)中的變頻器、機(jī)械手與傳送帶等模型;使用OPC自動(dòng)化接口結(jié)合RSLogix與.Net的設(shè)計(jì)方法,設(shè)計(jì)了一套集自動(dòng)訂單分析、自動(dòng)存儲(chǔ)和自動(dòng)出庫(kù)等多功能于一身的立體庫(kù)管控系統(tǒng),包括堆垛機(jī)、路由傳送系統(tǒng)的控制及其調(diào)度,對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)的仿真硬件進(jìn)行控制;最后使用RSTest Stand軟件設(shè)計(jì)了立體庫(kù)3D仿真模型,以反映立體倉(cāng)庫(kù)的實(shí)際運(yùn)動(dòng)過(guò)程。該系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了從客戶下訂單到分析庫(kù)存,到驅(qū)動(dòng)堆垛機(jī)出庫(kù)的全程無(wú)人值守的一體化管控效果。通過(guò)結(jié)合數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)技術(shù),基于本立體倉(cāng)庫(kù)實(shí)際性能,實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)其的優(yōu)化調(diào)度。Logix控制器為Rockwell公司統(tǒng)一系列的控制器。該立體倉(cāng)庫(kù)的控制程序通過(guò)標(biāo)簽映射,可迅速移植到實(shí)際控制器中,使本仿真方法具備快速的工程轉(zhuǎn)化能力,便于在實(shí)際應(yīng)用中推廣。該實(shí)驗(yàn)室產(chǎn)品作為橋梁和紐帶,將復(fù)雜事務(wù)變得高效,簡(jiǎn)潔,直觀和明朗,可以迅速市場(chǎng)化,經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會(huì)效益明顯。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of modern industrial production, the diversification of products and the individuation of demand constantly put forward higher requirements for the planning and design of automated warehouses, which are influenced by such factors as high cost and large investment. It is very important to create a set of three-dimensional warehouse model for the automated warehouse system. Using the model, we can test whether the project in the actual construction meets the requirements in advance, and set up the corresponding simulation model for all kinds of schemes, and carry on the simulation for many times. Determine the most suitable scheme. Also avoided blind construction, possible unexpected problems and potential economic losses. This paper uses the method of simulation hardware interface and uses RSLogix 5000 software to simulate the models of frequency converter, manipulator and conveyor belt in the three-dimensional warehouse. Using OPC automation interface combined with RSLogix and. Net design method, a set of multi-function three-dimensional library control system, such as automatic order analysis, automatic storage and automatic out-of-store, is designed, including stacker. The control and scheduling of the routing transmission system, and the control of the designed simulation hardware; Finally, the 3D simulation model of 3D warehouse is designed by using RSTest Stand software to reflect the actual movement process of the warehouse. The system realizes the unattended integrated control effect from customer placing order to analyzing inventory to driving stacker out of storage. Through the combination of database technology, based on the actual performance of the warehouse, the optimal scheduling of the warehouse is realized. The Logix controller is the unified series controller of Rockwell Company. The control program of the three-dimensional warehouse can be quickly transplanted to the actual controller through label mapping. The simulation method has the ability of rapid engineering transformation and is easy to be popularized in practical application. As a bridge and link, the products of the laboratory can become efficient, concise, intuitive and clear, and can be marketed rapidly, with obvious economic and social benefits.
