基于Logix的立體倉(cāng)庫(kù)仿真與一體化管控系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of modern industrial production, the diversification of products and the individuation of demand constantly put forward higher requirements for the planning and design of automated warehouses, which are influenced by such factors as high cost and large investment. It is very important to create a set of three-dimensional warehouse model for the automated warehouse system. Using the model, we can test whether the project in the actual construction meets the requirements in advance, and set up the corresponding simulation model for all kinds of schemes, and carry on the simulation for many times. Determine the most suitable scheme. Also avoided blind construction, possible unexpected problems and potential economic losses. This paper uses the method of simulation hardware interface and uses RSLogix 5000 software to simulate the models of frequency converter, manipulator and conveyor belt in the three-dimensional warehouse. Using OPC automation interface combined with RSLogix and. Net design method, a set of multi-function three-dimensional library control system, such as automatic order analysis, automatic storage and automatic out-of-store, is designed, including stacker. The control and scheduling of the routing transmission system, and the control of the designed simulation hardware; Finally, the 3D simulation model of 3D warehouse is designed by using RSTest Stand software to reflect the actual movement process of the warehouse. The system realizes the unattended integrated control effect from customer placing order to analyzing inventory to driving stacker out of storage. Through the combination of database technology, based on the actual performance of the warehouse, the optimal scheduling of the warehouse is realized. The Logix controller is the unified series controller of Rockwell Company. The control program of the three-dimensional warehouse can be quickly transplanted to the actual controller through label mapping. The simulation method has the ability of rapid engineering transformation and is easy to be popularized in practical application. As a bridge and link, the products of the laboratory can become efficient, concise, intuitive and clear, and can be marketed rapidly, with obvious economic and social benefits.
