【摘要】:從液體靜壓導(dǎo)軌系統(tǒng)全局的角度出發(fā),研究負(fù)載因素對其性能的影響。利用液阻網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論,綜合考慮油液黏溫效應(yīng),推導(dǎo)關(guān)聯(lián)參數(shù)與負(fù)載因素之間的數(shù)學(xué)關(guān)系,建立基于關(guān)聯(lián)參數(shù)的CFD求解計算模型;在不同負(fù)載因素條件下,根據(jù)攝動理論,使用Fluent動網(wǎng)格技術(shù)求解導(dǎo)軌系統(tǒng)的性能參數(shù),進(jìn)而研究其在脈沖載荷下的振動性能。研究結(jié)果表明:負(fù)載因素與初始壓力比對導(dǎo)軌系統(tǒng)的性能參數(shù)產(chǎn)生影響,當(dāng)負(fù)載比越大時,系統(tǒng)流量、固有頻率和最大振幅就越小,同時阻尼與阻尼比就越大;系統(tǒng)剛度則主要隨初始壓力比增大先增大后降低,出現(xiàn)峰值;作為導(dǎo)軌系統(tǒng)重要設(shè)計參數(shù),可以通過調(diào)整初始壓力比來適應(yīng)負(fù)載因素的變化,以達(dá)到更好的系統(tǒng)性能。
[Abstract]:The influence of load factors on the performance of hydrostatic guideway system is studied from the overall point of view. By using the theory of liquid resistance network and considering the viscosity-temperature effect of oil comprehensively, the mathematical relationship between the correlation parameters and the load factors is deduced, and the CFD calculation model based on the correlation parameters is established. Under different load conditions, according to the perturbation theory, fluent dynamic grid technique is used to solve the performance parameters of the guideway system, and then the vibration performance of the guideway system under pulse load is studied. The results show that the load factor and the initial pressure ratio have an effect on the performance parameters of the guideway system. When the load ratio is larger, the flow rate, the natural frequency and the maximum amplitude of the system will be smaller, and the damping to damping ratio will be larger. As an important design parameter of guideway system, the initial pressure ratio can be adjusted to adapt to the change of load factors in order to achieve better system performance.
