模擬固定-導(dǎo)向柔順梁的PRR偽剛體模型的動力學(xué)分析

【摘要】:基于PRR偽剛體模型,建立了末端受復(fù)合載荷作用下固定-導(dǎo)向柔順梁的PRR偽剛體動力學(xué)模型。以柔順機(jī)構(gòu)中柔順桿為研究對象,通過分析其動能和勢能,應(yīng)用拉格朗日方程推導(dǎo)出了該模型的動力學(xué)方程,并從方程特征和響應(yīng)曲線等方面分析了模型各項(xiàng)動力學(xué)特性。分析結(jié)果表明,PRR偽剛體動力學(xué)模型可以更加真實(shí)地反映出固定-導(dǎo)向柔順梁在變形過程中的各項(xiàng)動力學(xué)特性,更加適用于柔順機(jī)構(gòu)的動力學(xué)分析與設(shè)計(jì)。
[Abstract]:Based on the PRR pseudo-rigid-body model, the dynamic model of PRR pseudo-rigid body under the action of composite load on the end of a fixed-guide compliant beam is established. The kinetic energy and potential energy of the compliant rod in the compliant mechanism are studied. The dynamic equations of the model are derived by using Lagrange equation, and the dynamic characteristics of the model are analyzed from the characteristics of the equation and the response curve. The results show that the dynamic model of PRR pseudo-rigid body can more truly reflect the dynamic characteristics of the fixed-guide compliant beam in the process of deformation, and is more suitable for the dynamic analysis and design of the compliant mechanism.
