【摘要】：本文對一臺揚程高達230 m的立式長軸泵進行水力分析與探討,在原有結(jié)構(gòu)的基礎上經(jīng)過精確計算,增加了一個減壓襯套,使填料密封的泄漏量達到正常水平,成功地解決了高揚程立式長軸泵泵軸密封的問題。同時,對高揚程泵泵軸密封泄漏問題有一定的借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the hydraulic analysis and discussion of a vertical long shaft pump with a lift up to 230 m are carried out. On the basis of accurate calculation of the original structure, a pressure reducing bushing is added to make the leakage of the packing seal reach the normal level. The problem of shaft seal of high head vertical long shaft pump is solved successfully. At the same time, it can be used for reference to the leakage of shaft seal of high head pump.
