行星滾柱絲杠副承載特性研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:行星滾柱絲杠副具有承載能力大、環(huán)境適應(yīng)性好、壽命長(zhǎng)等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。行星滾柱絲杠副的承載特性主要包括各嚙合傳力零件的受力分析、軸向變形、螺紋牙載荷分布、滾柱間載荷分配及摩擦磨損特性等。它既是揭示其服役過(guò)程中載荷傳遞、結(jié)構(gòu)變形以及摩擦磨損等機(jī)理的重要途徑,也是進(jìn)一步提高行星滾柱絲杠副傳動(dòng)性能和使用壽命的理論基礎(chǔ)。首先介紹了行星滾柱絲杠副承載原理,在此基礎(chǔ)上說(shuō)明承載特性各項(xiàng)研究的主要內(nèi)容及意義,并對(duì)目前研究成果進(jìn)行了總結(jié)與分析。最后,對(duì)行星滾柱絲杠副承載特性的未來(lái)研究方向進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:Planetary roller screw pair has the advantages of large bearing capacity, good environmental adaptability, long life and so on. The load-bearing characteristics of planetary roller screw pairs mainly include the mechanical analysis of various meshing force transfer parts, axial deformation, load distribution of thread teeth, load distribution between rollers, friction and wear characteristics, and so on. It is not only an important way to reveal the mechanism of load transfer, structural deformation and friction and wear, but also a theoretical basis for further improving the transmission performance and service life of the planetary roller screw pair. This paper first introduces the bearing principle of planetary roller screw, and then explains the main contents and significance of the research on the bearing characteristics, and summarizes and analyzes the current research results. Finally, the future research direction of the bearing characteristics of planetary roller screw is prospected.
