活齒無(wú)級(jí)變速器滑片的有限元分析與優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem that the traditional metal belt CVT is difficult to provide enough torque, a new type of mechanical CVT-movable tooth CVT is introduced. Based on the analysis of the working principle and the meshing principle of the movable tooth stepless transmission, the geometric model of the movable tooth stepless variable transmission is established by SolidWorks, and the sliding blade, the core part of the movable tooth element, is analyzed by ANSYS Workbench. The equivalent stress and strain cloud diagram of the slider are obtained. Based on the analysis and calculation results, the optimum design of the slider is carried out, and the static analysis of the optimized model is carried out. The results show that the thickness of the slider is reduced from 2.5mm to 1.6 mm, the change rate is up to 36%, and the optimization effect is obvious. The structure is more reasonable, which provides a reference for the further study of the movable teeth stepless variable transmission.
