一種計(jì)數(shù)識(shí)別式寄存取快遞庫的設(shè)計(jì)與分析

【摘要】:目前陜遞行業(yè)快件派送主要為人工派送,由于收件人不能及時(shí)收取快件,導(dǎo)致投遞效率低,快遞公司成本上升、用戶投訴多等問題。雖然市面上已有類似存取功能的快遞柜,其優(yōu)點(diǎn)是代替了代收點(diǎn)的作用,實(shí)現(xiàn)了自動(dòng)存取。但無寄件功能,且存在空間利用率低,快件存儲(chǔ)量少,智能化程度不高,針對(duì)以上問題,提出了一種計(jì)數(shù)識(shí)別式寄存取快遞庫。該快遞庫主要包含機(jī)械系統(tǒng)、皮帶運(yùn)輸機(jī)、PLC控制系統(tǒng)、電動(dòng)剪叉機(jī)構(gòu)及螺旋滑槽結(jié)構(gòu)。通過交流電機(jī)帶動(dòng)每一層的四個(gè)皮帶運(yùn)輸機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),從而帶動(dòng)快遞運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),電動(dòng)剪叉機(jī)構(gòu)可實(shí)現(xiàn)快件推出功能,PLC控制系統(tǒng)包括PLC、工控機(jī)、交流電機(jī)控制器以及光電傳感器等。PLC通過交流電機(jī)與電動(dòng)剪叉機(jī)構(gòu)協(xié)調(diào)動(dòng)作,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)應(yīng)快件經(jīng)螺旋滑槽機(jī)構(gòu)準(zhǔn)確可靠到達(dá)取件口。該快遞庫工作安全可靠、空間利用率高、節(jié)能高效、方便實(shí)用,在快遞行業(yè)中具有較高的推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。論文研究的重點(diǎn)是:從發(fā)現(xiàn)市面已有固定式快遞柜不足出發(fā),開展一種計(jì)數(shù)識(shí)別式寄存取快遞庫的結(jié)構(gòu)與編程設(shè)計(jì),利用有關(guān)軟件對(duì)其關(guān)鍵部件進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),驗(yàn)證結(jié)構(gòu)的合理性與可靠性,完成快遞庫系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)。具體內(nèi)容如下:首先,論文從計(jì)數(shù)識(shí)別式寄存取快遞庫的整體結(jié)構(gòu)入手,利用Solidworks建立了其整機(jī)模型,并詳細(xì)對(duì)皮帶運(yùn)輸裝置、剪叉式推出裝置及滑槽裝置的功能等進(jìn)行了介紹;其次,利用組態(tài)王模擬軟件對(duì)控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行編程;然后,進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)原理圖的繪制及相關(guān)元件的選型設(shè)計(jì)工作,最后,到工廠進(jìn)行加工及調(diào)試。
[Abstract]:At present, the delivery of courier in Shaanxi delivery industry is mainly manual delivery. Due to the recipients can not receive express in time, the delivery efficiency is low, the cost of express delivery company is rising, and many problems such as user complaints and so on. Although there are courier cabinets with similar access functions on the market, it has the advantage of replacing the collection point and realizing automatic access. However, there is no sending function, and the space utilization ratio is low, the storage capacity of express mail is less, and the intelligence degree is not high. In view of the above problems, a kind of counting identification storage and retrieval express delivery library is put forward. The delivery store mainly includes mechanical system, belt conveyor, PLC control system, electric shear fork mechanism and spiral chute structure. The four belt conveyors of each layer are driven by alternating current motor to drive express delivery operation. The electric shear fork mechanism can realize the function of launching express parts. The PLC control system includes the PLC, industrial control computer. The AC motor controller and photoelectric sensor, etc. Through the coordination of AC motor and electric shear fork mechanism, PLC realizes the accurate and reliable arrival of the corresponding express through the spiral chute mechanism to the pick-up port. It is safe and reliable in work, high in space utilization rate, energy saving and high efficiency, convenient and practical, and has high value of popularization and application in express delivery industry. The key points of this paper are as follows: starting from finding the shortage of fixed express delivery cabinets in the market, developing the structure and programming design of a kind of counting and identifying storage and collecting express delivery storehouse, and designing its key parts by using relevant software. Verify the rationality and reliability of the structure, complete the design of the delivery warehouse system. The specific contents are as follows: firstly, this paper starts with the whole structure of the express store of counting and identification, establishes its whole machine model by using Solidworks, and introduces in detail the functions of belt transportation device, shear fork ejector device and chute device. Secondly, the control system is programmed by using Kingview simulation software. Then, the schematic drawing of the system and the selection and design of related components are carried out. Finally, processing and debugging are carried out in the factory.
