【摘要】：以一種典型的鋁合金薄壁散熱片零件為試驗(yàn)研究對(duì)象,分析該類(lèi)零件的加工難點(diǎn),從改進(jìn)工裝結(jié)構(gòu)保證工裝實(shí)體與零件薄壁部位完全貼合來(lái)增強(qiáng)剛度,改進(jìn)工裝結(jié)構(gòu)保證工裝平面與零件平面面對(duì)面定位以均布螺釘固定的裝夾方法消除裝夾變形量,改進(jìn)工裝結(jié)構(gòu)保證工裝與零件組成方形凸凹配合定位方式提高定位精度等三個(gè)方面對(duì)生產(chǎn)中原來(lái)用的加工工藝進(jìn)行改進(jìn)。改進(jìn)后的加工工藝有效地避免了鋁合金薄壁散熱片零件加工震顫和加工變形的問(wèn)題,有效地保證了零件的尺寸精度和表面質(zhì)量,且裝夾方便快捷,重復(fù)定位精度高,能高效完成該類(lèi)零件的批量生產(chǎn)。
[Abstract]:Taking a typical aluminum alloy thin-wall radiator as the experimental object, the processing difficulties of this kind of parts are analyzed, and the rigidity is enhanced by improving the structure of the tooling to ensure the complete fit between the workpiece body and the thin-wall part of the part. The improved tooling structure ensures the face to face positioning of the tooling plane and the parts plane and eliminates the clamping deformation by the clamping method of the uniform distribution screws. Improving the structure of the tooling to ensure that the tooling and the parts constitute a square convex and concave matching and positioning methods to improve the positioning accuracy of the original processing technology used in production were improved. The improved processing technology effectively avoids the problems of machining tremor and deformation of aluminum alloy thin-walled radiator parts, effectively ensures the dimensional accuracy and surface quality of the parts, and has the advantages of convenient and quick clamping and high precision of repeated positioning. Can complete the batch production of this kind of parts efficiently.
