基于等距Ease-off曲面的輪齒嚙合仿真分析

【摘要】:提出了一種基于Ease-off曲面等距變換的輪齒嚙合仿真分析方法.利用曲面曲撓參數(shù),給出了2階密切曲面的定義及其拓撲方法;在2階微分精度范圍內(nèi),密切曲面與原曲面貼近,可以代替散曲面做幾何解析.利用空間坐標變換,建立了弧齒錐齒輪加工的嚙合方程和通用產(chǎn)成模型.基于嚙合等距對應(yīng)原理,求解齒面對應(yīng)點的離差;利用最小二乘法,拓撲散曲面,構(gòu)建Ease-off差齒面的2階密切曲面.基于Ease-off密切曲面參數(shù),利用齒面接觸的等距線、漸近方向,解析出齒面接觸位形、接觸路徑、傳動誤差等嚙合性能參數(shù).分析結(jié)果表明:一次性構(gòu)建Ease-off的2階密切曲面,能夠獲得輪齒完備的嚙合信息,曲面拓撲精度可到達0.1μm;與現(xiàn)行的嚙合仿真方法相比易于齒面反求、數(shù)值計算,嚙合信息的獲得也更為便捷.
[Abstract]:A simulation analysis method of gear tooth meshing based on Ease-off surface isometric transformation is proposed. In this paper, the definition and topological method of the second order close surface are given by using the curved deflection parameters, and the close surface is close to the original surface in the range of the second order differential accuracy, which can replace the scattered surface for geometric analysis. The meshing equation and general production model of spiral bevel gear are established by using spatial coordinate transformation. Based on the meshing equidistant correspondence principle, the deviation of the tooth surface corresponding point is solved, and the second order close surface of the Ease-off difference tooth surface is constructed by using the least square method and the topological scattered surface. Based on the parameters of Ease-off close surface, the meshing performance parameters such as tooth contact configuration, contact path and transmission error are analyzed by using the equidistant line and asymptotic direction of tooth surface contact. The analysis results show that the second order close surface of Ease-off can be constructed at one time, and the complete meshing information of gear teeth can be obtained, and the topological precision of the surface can reach 0.1 渭 m. Compared with the current meshing simulation method, it is easy to reverse the tooth surface, and the numerical calculation and meshing information are more convenient.
