搖臂平鋪式垃圾車改進(jìn)設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:針對(duì)漳平市某機(jī)械制造公司生產(chǎn)的NSM262ZQF垃圾車存在的垃圾裝載不均勻、裝載容量小、效率低下、零件撞擊易損等問題,運(yùn)用機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)、液壓傳動(dòng)及電氣控制等相關(guān)技術(shù),研發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)具有自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的垃圾斗可開合、垃圾平鋪裝載、自動(dòng)化程度較高的垃圾清理車。該垃圾清理車采用曲柄搖塊機(jī)構(gòu)實(shí)現(xiàn)搖臂的擺動(dòng),創(chuàng)新采用小液壓缸伸縮控制實(shí)現(xiàn)垃圾斗的開合,并對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)改進(jìn)后的液壓傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)和電氣控制系統(tǒng)做了相應(yīng)的設(shè)計(jì)。
[Abstract]:In view of the problems of NSM262ZQF garbage truck produced by a mechanical manufacturing company in Zhangping City, such as uneven loading, small loading capacity, low efficiency, easy impact of parts, and so on, relevant technologies such as mechanical design, hydraulic transmission and electrical control are used. Research and design of garbage hopper with independent intellectual property can be opened and closed, garbage tiled loading, high degree of automation garbage cleaning vehicle. This garbage cleaning vehicle adopts crank rocker mechanism to realize rocker arm swing, innovates using small hydraulic cylinder telescopic control to realize garbage bucket opening and closing, and makes corresponding design of hydraulic transmission system and electric control system after structure improvement.
