基于優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)的門式卸車機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)可靠性分析

【摘要】:將優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)與可靠性理論相結(jié)合進(jìn)行門式卸車機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)可靠性分析.利用ANSYS Workbench進(jìn)行參數(shù)化實(shí)體建模,采用中心復(fù)合設(shè)計(jì)擬合響應(yīng)面并進(jìn)行參數(shù)靈敏度分析,在此基礎(chǔ)上分別使用Screening,MOGA及NLPQL 3種算法對(duì)參數(shù)尺寸進(jìn)行優(yōu)化和對(duì)比分析,得到最佳設(shè)計(jì)方案,在保證滿足強(qiáng)度要求的條件下,減小卸車機(jī)體積.再根據(jù)優(yōu)化分析的結(jié)果,以最大等效應(yīng)力不超過材料許用應(yīng)力為可靠性評(píng)定指標(biāo),使用六西格瑪分析技術(shù)比較模型優(yōu)化前后的結(jié)構(gòu)可靠性,優(yōu)化后的結(jié)構(gòu)可靠性有所提高.在分析結(jié)構(gòu)輕量化問題的同時(shí)考慮了其安全可靠性要求,為卸車機(jī)的制造與優(yōu)化改進(jìn)提供了理論指導(dǎo).
[Abstract]:The structural reliability analysis of the door unloader is carried out by combining the optimal design with the reliability theory. Parametric solid modeling is carried out with ANSYS Workbench, response surface is fitted by central composite design and parameter sensitivity analysis is carried out. On the basis of this, Screening,MOGA and NLPQL algorithms are used to optimize and compare the parameter size, respectively. The optimal design scheme is obtained, and the volume of the unloading machine is reduced under the condition of satisfying the intensity requirement. According to the results of optimization analysis, the maximum equivalent stress is not more than the allowable stress of the material as the reliability evaluation index, and the structural reliability before and after the optimization is compared by using six Sigma analysis technique, and the structural reliability after optimization is improved. The requirement of safety and reliability is taken into account when analyzing the structural lightweight problem, which provides theoretical guidance for the manufacture and optimization improvement of the unloading machine.
