面向機(jī)械產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)的科學(xué)效應(yīng)庫(kù)研究

【摘要】:21世紀(jì)最重要的是人才,人才之中的創(chuàng)新型人才更是重中之重。對(duì)于一個(gè)企業(yè)和國(guó)家來(lái)說(shuō),要想強(qiáng)大起來(lái)必須經(jīng)濟(jì)強(qiáng)大起來(lái),而要想實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)的強(qiáng)大,保持經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,就得依靠創(chuàng)新來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn),尤其是實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品的創(chuàng)新。創(chuàng)新人才的培養(yǎng),產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新的實(shí)現(xiàn)就需要高效的創(chuàng)新方法和完善的創(chuàng)新理論的支持。TRIZ理論是人類(lèi)大量創(chuàng)新活動(dòng)的高度總結(jié),其中的科學(xué)效應(yīng)內(nèi)容是以大量不同領(lǐng)域、不同范圍的創(chuàng)新實(shí)例為基礎(chǔ)的快速創(chuàng)新方法。不同領(lǐng)域?qū)W科知識(shí)的運(yùn)用也是當(dāng)前產(chǎn)品想要實(shí)現(xiàn)高質(zhì)量創(chuàng)新所必須的。本課題研究的是基于科學(xué)效應(yīng)庫(kù)的機(jī)械產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)。機(jī)械產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)分為四個(gè)步驟:產(chǎn)品規(guī)劃、概念設(shè)計(jì)、技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)和詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)。其中概念設(shè)計(jì)階段是實(shí)現(xiàn)創(chuàng)新的關(guān)鍵階段。文章首先從概念設(shè)計(jì)以及其在創(chuàng)新中的作用開(kāi)始研究,確定概念設(shè)計(jì)中TRIZ理論的強(qiáng)大創(chuàng)新能力,明確產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新的實(shí)質(zhì)是實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品功能的創(chuàng)新?茖W(xué)效應(yīng)是TRIZ理論子模塊之一,是概念設(shè)計(jì)中功能映射到具體結(jié)構(gòu)的紐帶和橋梁,是一種實(shí)現(xiàn)創(chuàng)新最基本和有效的方法。主要研究?jī)?nèi)容和研究成果主要體現(xiàn)在以下幾個(gè)方面:提出了科學(xué)效應(yīng)與機(jī)構(gòu)、發(fā)明原理以及與侵權(quán)判定和專(zhuān)利規(guī)避的結(jié)合?茖W(xué)效應(yīng)是對(duì)已有設(shè)計(jì)活動(dòng)的總結(jié),而機(jī)構(gòu)、發(fā)明原理、侵權(quán)判定和專(zhuān)利規(guī)避又是這些設(shè)計(jì)活動(dòng)必不可少的一部分,基于這種思想研究他們之間的關(guān)系,以及分析如何利用這些關(guān)系將科學(xué)效應(yīng)借鑒意義應(yīng)用在功能到結(jié)構(gòu)映射的其他概念設(shè)計(jì)環(huán)節(jié)。確定了科學(xué)效應(yīng)與其他知識(shí)結(jié)合在概念設(shè)計(jì)活動(dòng)中如何作用后,建立了基于科學(xué)效應(yīng)的概念設(shè)計(jì)模型和具體流程,使得在概念設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中,科學(xué)效應(yīng)的作用得到最大程度發(fā)揮。基于對(duì)科學(xué)效應(yīng)的研究開(kāi)發(fā)了基于科學(xué)效應(yīng)庫(kù)的機(jī)械產(chǎn)品輔助創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)。計(jì)算機(jī)輔助創(chuàng)新是現(xiàn)代設(shè)計(jì)的必然,也是建立、管理和使用龐大效應(yīng)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的最佳方式。通過(guò)計(jì)算機(jī)輔助能在很大程度上提高創(chuàng)新的質(zhì)量和效率。
[Abstract]:The most important thing in the 21 st century is talent, among which creative talents are the most important. Mechanical product design is divided into four steps: product planning, conceptual design, technical design and detailed design. The conceptual design stage is the key stage to realize innovation. This paper begins with the research of conceptual design and its role in innovation, determines the powerful innovation ability of TRIZ theory in conceptual design, and clarifies that the essence of product innovation is to realize the innovation of product function. Scientific effect is one of the sub-modules of TRIZ theory, which is the link and bridge of function mapping to concrete structure in conceptual design, and it is the most basic and effective method to realize innovation. The main research contents and achievements are as follows: the scientific effect and mechanism, the principle of invention and the combination with infringement judgment and patent evasion are put forward. The scientific effect is a summary of the existing design activities, and the mechanism, the principle of invention, the adjudication of infringement and the avoidance of patents are essential parts of these design activities. And how to use these relationships to apply the scientific effect to other conceptual design links of functional to structural mapping. After determining how the combination of scientific effect and other knowledge plays an important role in conceptual design, a conceptual design model based on scientific effect and its concrete flow are established, so that the function of scientific effect can be maximized in the process of conceptual design. Based on the research of scientific effect, a mechanical product aided innovation design system based on scientific effect database is developed. Computer aided innovation is the necessity of modern design and the best way to establish, manage and use the huge effect database. The quality and efficiency of innovation can be greatly improved by computer aid.
