小批量非等數零件精密球軸承的最大合套率選配方法

【摘要】:對于小批量多品種精密球軸承的生產,常存在人工合套效率與成品率低的問題,因存在內、外圈數目不等和鋼球規(guī)值及相應規(guī)值的鋼球數量不一等因素均會影響合套率。針對這些問題,以滿足產品設計游隙為目標,綜合考慮上述約束條件通過編寫程序進行計算機模擬合套分析,只要輸入各待裝配內、外圈溝底直徑偏差和鋼球規(guī)值及相應的球數,即可輸出最優(yōu)的合套方案,從而有效提高了人工合套的工作效率和成品數量。
[Abstract]:For the production of small-batch and multi-variety precision ball bearings, there is often the problem of low efficiency and finished product rate of artificial sleeve. Due to the existence of different numbers of outer rings and steel ball specifications and the number of steel balls of corresponding specifications, the casing rate will be affected. Aiming at these problems, in order to meet the needs of product design clearance, considering the above constraint conditions synthetically, the computer simulation jacket analysis is carried out by writing a program, as long as input into each assembly, The deviation of the outer ring bottom diameter, the steel ball gauge value and the corresponding ball number can output the optimal casing scheme, thus effectively improving the working efficiency and the number of finished products of the artificial sleeve.
