【摘要】：針對高校機械類專業(yè)實驗教學(xué)中產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)認(rèn)知模型不足的問題,基于Unity3D平臺,選取了多個常見實物產(chǎn)品,采用Rhino、Creo等軟件為產(chǎn)品建模工具,結(jié)合C#語言實現(xiàn)交互功能,通過HTML網(wǎng)頁整合,開發(fā)出互聯(lián)網(wǎng)上的產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)認(rèn)知虛擬實驗室。依托廣東工貿(mào)職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院工業(yè)設(shè)計省級實訓(xùn)基地,綜合多種先進技術(shù),實現(xiàn)了在PC端和移動終端多平臺進行瀏覽操作,虛擬拆裝產(chǎn)品,深入反復(fù)學(xué)習(xí)產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)的功能,顯著提升了學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的興趣和人才培養(yǎng)的效果。教師可以根據(jù)課程需要定制教學(xué)結(jié)構(gòu)模型,顯著節(jié)約實驗儀器設(shè)備的經(jīng)費投入,增加了學(xué)生實驗在時間和空間上的自由度,具有較好的研究價值和應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of insufficient cognitive model of product structure in experimental teaching of mechanical specialty in colleges and universities, based on Unity3D platform, several common physical products are selected, and Rhino,Creo and other software are used as product modeling tools to realize interactive function in combination with C # language. Through the integration of HTML web pages, the virtual laboratory of product structure cognition on the Internet is developed. Relying on the provincial training base of industrial design of Guangdong Vocational and Technical College of Industry and Trade, and integrating various advanced technologies, the functions of browsing, virtual disassembly and assembly of products at the PC end and mobile terminals, and in-depth and repeated learning of the product structure are realized. It improves the interest of students and the effect of talent training. Teachers can customize the model of teaching structure according to the needs of curriculum, save the expenditure of experimental instruments and equipments, increase the degree of freedom of students' experiments in time and space, and have better research value and application prospect.
