【摘要】：以滾柱式超越離合器為研究對象,采用赫茲接觸理論,對其關(guān)鍵傳動部件間的接觸應(yīng)力進(jìn)行分析研究。通過超越離合器常見兩種力學(xué)分析模型獲得了對應(yīng)接觸副間的正壓力P,求得了所對應(yīng)的赫茲應(yīng)力值,結(jié)合赫茲接觸優(yōu)化理論研究成果,提出了兩種力學(xué)方法的適用條件。并結(jié)合有限元仿真分析得到了反映接觸副接觸特性的部分參數(shù),如接觸壓力、滑動距離等,同時驗證了兩種力學(xué)方法的適應(yīng)性條件。結(jié)果表明,考慮摩擦因數(shù)的力學(xué)分析方法更加適合于理論計算,而理想化的線接觸分析模型適合于實際工況計算。從而為進(jìn)一步了解超越離合器的工作特性及后續(xù)的優(yōu)化設(shè)計提供了堅實的理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Based on Hertz contact theory, the contact stress between the key transmission parts of roller overrunning clutch is studied. Through two common mechanical analysis models of overrunning clutch, the positive pressure between contact pairs is obtained, and the corresponding value of Hertz stress is obtained. Combined with the research results of Hertz contact optimization theory, the applicable conditions of two mechanical methods are put forward. Some parameters, such as contact pressure, sliding distance and so on, which reflect the contact characteristics of the contact pair are obtained by using the finite element simulation analysis, and the adaptability conditions of the two mechanical methods are verified at the same time. The results show that the mechanical analysis method considering friction coefficient is more suitable for theoretical calculation, while the idealized linear contact analysis model is suitable for practical calculation. It provides a solid theoretical basis for further understanding the working characteristics of the overrunning clutch and the subsequent optimization design.
