基于Ansys的升降系統(tǒng)鎖緊裝置齒形設計

【摘要】:分析升降系統(tǒng)爬升齒輪與樁腿齒條的嚙合原理,解釋自升式平臺實際應用過程中出現(xiàn)的齒條磨損問題,為升降系統(tǒng)鎖緊裝置鎖緊塊齒形設計提供依據(jù)。針對齒條磨損特點設計鎖緊塊齒形,并分析鎖緊塊齒形強度影響因子。該齒形既避開齒條齒面磨損區(qū)域,又能與磨損較少的齒面接觸,保證載荷有效傳遞。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the meshing principle of climbing gear and leg rack of lifting system, explains the rack wear problem in the practical application of bootstrap platform, and provides the basis for the design of locking block tooth shape of the locking device of lifting system. According to the wear characteristics of rack, the tooth shape of locking block is designed, and the influence factor of tooth shape strength of lock block is analyzed. The tooth profile can avoid the wear area of the rack tooth surface and contact with the less worn tooth surface, so as to ensure the effective transfer of the load.
