高速雙驅(qū)動耦聯(lián)軸系橫振模態(tài)分析及實驗

【摘要】:高速雙驅(qū)動軸系目前的應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域主要集中在航空發(fā)動機傳動系統(tǒng)。在實際工況下,兩個通過圓柱滾子軸承耦聯(lián)的轉(zhuǎn)軸要實現(xiàn)同向及反向的高速旋轉(zhuǎn),模態(tài)分析能夠準(zhǔn)確的預(yù)測耦聯(lián)軸系的固有頻率及臨界轉(zhuǎn)速,對避免發(fā)生共振具有重要意義;谌S建模軟件UG對軸承約束的耦聯(lián)軸系進行實體建模,結(jié)合有限元仿真軟件ANSYS Workbench對角接觸軸承外圈施加一個軸向力,模擬角接觸軸承在受預(yù)緊力狀態(tài)下鋼球和內(nèi)外圈滾道的接觸情況,分別對單軸系和耦聯(lián)軸系進行預(yù)應(yīng)力模態(tài)分析,得到單軸系和耦聯(lián)軸系前四階橫振固有頻率及模態(tài)振型,并通過錘擊實驗進行了驗證。在耦聯(lián)軸系有限元分析的基礎(chǔ)上,通過改變?nèi)M支撐軸承及一組耦聯(lián)軸承的參數(shù)來探究其對耦聯(lián)軸系固有頻率的影響,通過研究發(fā)現(xiàn)通過改變四組軸承的一些參數(shù),能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)對耦聯(lián)軸系不同階次的固有頻率的微調(diào)。
[Abstract]:The application of high-speed double-drive shafting is mainly focused on the aero-engine transmission system. In the actual working condition, in order to realize the high speed rotation in the same direction and reverse direction, the modal analysis can accurately predict the natural frequency and critical speed of the coupling shaft system, which is of great significance to avoid resonance. Based on the 3D modeling software UG, the coupling shaft system with bearing constraints is modeled. Combined with the finite element simulation software ANSYS Workbench, an axial force is applied to the outer ring of the diagonal contact bearing. In order to simulate the contact between steel ball and inner and outer ring raceway under pretension, the prestressing mode analysis of single shaft system and coupling shaft system is carried out, and the natural frequencies and modal modes of the first four order transverse vibration of single shaft system and coupling shaft system are obtained. It is verified by hammering experiment. Based on the finite element analysis of coupling shaft system, the influence of three groups of supporting bearings and one group of coupling bearing parameters on the natural frequency of coupling shaft system is explored by changing some parameters of four groups of bearings. It can realize the fine tuning of the natural frequency of the coupling shafting with different order.
