燃?xì)馀谝淦鹘Y(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)分析與優(yōu)化

【摘要】:根據(jù)計(jì)算流體動(dòng)力學(xué)(CFD)基本原理,使用FLUENT軟件,以某型號(hào)燃?xì)馀跒檠芯繉?duì)象,對(duì)引射器關(guān)鍵參數(shù)如噴嘴距、混合段直徑、混合段長(zhǎng)度等進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬,得出引射器各參數(shù)對(duì)引射系數(shù)的影響。依據(jù)模擬結(jié)果對(duì)該燃?xì)馀诘囊淦鹘Y(jié)構(gòu)尺寸進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,并應(yīng)用于對(duì)應(yīng)的燃?xì)馀。?duì)優(yōu)化后的燃?xì)馀谶M(jìn)行測(cè)試,并與改進(jìn)前的燃?xì)馀谶M(jìn)行對(duì)比,其爆炸分貝數(shù)升高了10%,并縮短了燃?xì)馀谶B續(xù)爆炸時(shí)所需的最短時(shí)間間隔。該研究方法對(duì)于提升燃?xì)馀谛阅苡兄^為重大的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:According to the basic principle of computational fluid dynamics (CFD), the key parameters of injector, such as nozzle distance, mixing section diameter and mixing section length, are numerically simulated by using FLUENT software. The influence of ejector parameters on ejection coefficient is obtained. Based on the simulation results, the injector structure of the gas gun is optimized and applied to the corresponding gas gun. The optimized gas gun was tested and compared with the improved one. The number of decibels increased by 10 and the shortest time interval needed for continuous explosion of the gas gun was shortened. The research method has important reference value for improving the performance of gas gun.
