【摘要】：數(shù)字化設(shè)計(jì)是機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)與制造領(lǐng)域的一項(xiàng)關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié),對(duì)整個(gè)機(jī)械制造業(yè)的發(fā)展具有重要的意義�，F(xiàn)代航空航天等機(jī)械制造領(lǐng)域?yàn)榱丝s短產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)周期,降低生產(chǎn)成本,提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,逐漸引進(jìn)了MBD(Model Based Definition)數(shù)字化技術(shù),3DMBD數(shù)字化設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)的發(fā)展是一次質(zhì)的飛躍。隨著MBD技術(shù)的發(fā)展,三維CAD標(biāo)注模型越來越受到重視,尤其是基于MBD的三維CAD系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用直接促使了工業(yè)時(shí)代又進(jìn)入了新的領(lǐng)域。本文針對(duì)目前基于MBD三維CAD模型關(guān)于標(biāo)注信息方面中存在的瓶頸問題,研究了零件的三維CAD模型信息標(biāo)注與管理方法,從而完成對(duì)零件產(chǎn)品的全面數(shù)字化定義。研究?jī)?nèi)容主要包括以下幾方面:(1)研究了基于MBD在三維CAD模型上利用PMI(Product Manufacturing Information)功能進(jìn)行信息標(biāo)注的方法。對(duì)三維CAD零件模型的幾何尺寸、表面結(jié)構(gòu)、公差、技術(shù)要求等方面進(jìn)行了標(biāo)注,在此基礎(chǔ)上也提出了二維圖紙繼承相應(yīng)視圖的PMI三維標(biāo)注的實(shí)現(xiàn)方法。(2)基于UG/PMI功能標(biāo)注的方法,根據(jù)國(guó)家最新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計(jì)出了表面粗糙度、幾何公差標(biāo)注的新方法。解決了PMI自帶輔助標(biāo)注工具的不足,便于用戶更快速、更高效的對(duì)三維CAD零件模型進(jìn)行標(biāo)注。(3)本文提出了三維CAD零件模型標(biāo)注信息按“組”和“視圖”兩種方式進(jìn)行有效組織和管理的新方法。解決了三維零件由于非幾何信息標(biāo)注的繁多導(dǎo)致顯示效果呈現(xiàn)凌亂的現(xiàn)象,使信息表達(dá)不清楚,造成機(jī)加過程中信息難以識(shí)別等問題。
[Abstract]:Digital design is a key link in the field of mechanical design and manufacturing, and it is of great significance to the development of the whole mechanical manufacturing industry. With the development of MBD technology, more and more attention has been paid to 3D CAD annotation model. Especially, the application of MBD-based 3D CAD system has directly promoted the industrial age to enter a new field. In this paper, the method of information labeling and management for 3D CAD model of parts is studied, so as to complete the complete digital definition of parts. The research contents mainly include the following aspects: (1) The method of information labeling based on MBD on 3D CAD model using PMI (Product Manufacturing Information) function is studied. On the basis of this, a new method of PMI 3D marking based on UG/PMI function is proposed. (2) According to the latest national standard, a new method of surface roughness and geometric tolerance marking is designed. (3) A new method of effective organization and management of 3D CAD part model annotation information by "group" and "view" is proposed in this paper, which solves the problem of 3D part annotation caused by non-geometric information. The display effect is cluttered, which makes the information expression unclear and makes it difficult to identify the information in the machining process.
