【摘要】：引風(fēng)機(jī)作為火力發(fā)電廠不可缺少的一部風(fēng),其運(yùn)行狀況的好壞直接關(guān)系到火力發(fā)電廠的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。對(duì)造成引風(fēng)機(jī)振動(dòng)故障的主要原因進(jìn)行分析排查,發(fā)現(xiàn)引風(fēng)機(jī)入口直徑過大引起的風(fēng)機(jī)振動(dòng),介紹如何排查引風(fēng)機(jī)振動(dòng)方法,從而確保引風(fēng)機(jī)在火力發(fā)電中的安全可靠性。
[Abstract]:As an indispensable part of wind in thermal power plant, the operation condition of induced draft fan is directly related to the economic benefit of thermal power plant. The main causes of vibration fault of induced draft fan are analyzed and investigated. It is found that the vibration of induced draft fan is caused by the excessive diameter of the inlet of induced draft fan. How to check the vibration of induced draft fan is introduced so as to ensure the vibration of induced draft fan. Safety and reliability of fan in thermal power generation.
